Gypsy is a 4-year-old, 40 lb Pomsky (Pomeranian/Husky mix) who is looking for her emotional support human. She is a nervous girl who needs someone to show her what love truly is. Gypsy is still quite skittish and learning to adjust to the everyday noises and activity of life outside the puppy mill, but each day she grows a little braver. She’s just beginning to discover the comfort of human affection and will need structure, consistency, and kind guidance. Gypsy will need a patient, loving home that’s ready to celebrate her small victories and help her continue building confidence. Because she feels safest when she can follow the lead of another dog, Gypsy will need a confident, well-adjusted canine companion in her forever home to help her continue gaining confidence. She will also require a physically fenced yard to provide a secure environment where she can safely explore and build trust at her own pace. Gypsy is currently being fostered in the Cincinnati, OH area. Her adoption fee is $275.00. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. Foxie is a very intelligent and confident girl. She is pee pad trained, but will go outside if you take her first thing in the morning. She is a full breed Pomeranian; wants to be the center of attention, a diva, does not like competition from too many other pets, and needs a lot of time, devotion and love. She is loyal to her person, but shy around strangers.Foxie lives with 3 other dogs, 3 cats, and 2 house rabbits. She gets along with the pack, but would be happiest and thrive in a household with less animals to compete with for attention and affection. She walks well on a leash, loves to play, snuggle, and will be your forever princess.I prefer to rehome her to a retired person/couple, a person that works from home, or a house with 1 companion animal. I work 12 hr shifts so she is used to being home without her person, but she would need 1 companion animal if left alone for long hours.I would be happy to provide you with a Foxie starter kit of her food and favorite things.
