He is currently working on trusting humans and other dogs. He is a "guy's guy" and prefers both male dogs and men. Since he has these things he is currently working on he will need a patient adopter to continue to work with him. Once he feels comfortable with people he is very loving. Benji is housebroken, crate trained, and walks well on a leash. He is currently in the DASH Prison program where he is learnig basic commands. Gypsy is still quite skittish and learning to adjust to the everyday noises and activity of life outside the puppy mill, but each day she grows a little braver. She’s just beginning to discover the comfort of human affection and will need structure, consistency, and kind guidance. Gypsy will need a patient, loving home that’s ready to celebrate her small victories and help her continue building confidence. Because she feels safest when she can follow the lead of another dog, Gypsy will need a confident, well-adjusted canine companion in her forever home to help her continue gaining confidence.
