Our dog was found by my daughter who was at college in Georgia. She found a puppy she named him Riley and his kept him they were joined at the hip, very needy both of them, so Riley loves to snuggle up next to people the more attention the batter he is not good with children, and this lies the problem we’ve had many grandchildren and children since and he is not taken to them, that’s why we are making a decision to try to have him home somewhere else. He does require special food. I get it from chewy he has a prescription from his veterinarian. Everything is up-to-date.

Saturday, November 14th, 2026 at the Warren County Career Center from 11am - 3pm! Meet Holly! Holly is an adorable 4-year-old, 13-pound Pomeranian/Husky mix with a sweet personality and a whole lot of love to give! Rescued from a rural West Virginia shelter, Holly wasted no time settling into the good life in her foster home! After a brief moment of uncertainty, she quickly decided that being loved and spoiled was pretty wonderful — and she hasn’t looked back! Holly is an affectionate little sweetheart who absolutely loves attention and being close to her people. She’s happy to soak up all the pets, cuddles, and love you’re willing to give, and her gentle, loving personality makes her pretty hard to resist. She’s also been a fantastic little houseguest! Holly is crate trained, has had just one potty accident in her foster home, and does well with children and other respectful dogs. She’s taken to home life beautifully and seems more than ready to make herself a permanent member of someone’s family. At just 13 pounds, Holly packs an awful lot of sweetness into one adorable little package. Could this little sweetheart be home for the holidays with you? Holly is fostered in the Cincinnati area. I adopted this little boy in May of last year. He has taken basic one two and three training and he is a wonderful companion.. you need to be experienced in pet language and understand that some dogs don't have the resources when they're puppies. So when he will take things and hide them and then destroy them. If you try to reach for it and grab it he made try to nip at you so you have to do a trade off. He is a very wonderful loving dog but you have to understand that when you adopt a rescue you don't know what you're getting into I've had a lot of training and been a dog trainer for 30 years so he and I have worked very hard at nipping this behavior in the bud. But the new home has to continue the training to make certain that he understands that nothing in life is free. He'll sleep on your bed keep you warm I do recommend that you watch him around small children although he's very friendly and loving him. It is very socialized and loves to go places with you

We have had Dax since he was 7wks, from a private breeder, he is now 11. Our life is very very busy my husband taking a new traveling job and the kids are getting older and have their own lives. Finding time to spend with Dax has become rough a den he deserves so much more. Dax is definitely a sweet old man, he is sooooo lovable, the sweetest dog I have ever seen. He loves people, takes snacks at the slowest pace, he does spray, which we have tried and tried and tried to train him not to. Other than that he is a great dog and it saddens us to re home him. He is picky on snacks and doesn’t care for toys and loves somewhere comfy to lay as well as the outdoors. He would love to find him a loving home.

Lola is about 7 years old, we got her as a puppy. She is a good dog, we recently have noticed some behavior changes as in she is extremely nervous. She has NEVER bit anyone but has become very nervous. We have 3 kids and two other dogs and it so much for her and we live in an active neighborhood. While she is nervous, in a small environment she is so loving, she loves cuddles and snacks but doesn’t care for toys, she is an excellent guard dog. Storms and fireworks terrify her and she loves laying around. She doesn’t like being picked up really but lives tummy scratches. It’s pains us to rehome her so we are looking for a great person to take in that role.

Neeko is a 4 year old female paralyzed Pomeranian / chihuahua with IVDD. Good with her diapers. Slightly food aggressive! Great if fed separately in a crate, but would need to eat treats and bones away from other dogs. Dog friendly, but other dogs are not required. Likes humans but needs a minute to warm up to strangers. Due to fragility of paralyzed dogs when picked up (or dropped) and their inability to get away quickly, kids under the age of 6 not preferred for this dog’s future adopters. **All dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and on prevention for heartworms, fleas, and ticks.
