Story
Looking for a blue eyed beauty? June is an active, curious, smart, cheerful girl with the most beautiful blue eyes. She takes a few minutes to warm up to new people but overall she is very friendly. She enjoys playing with the foster's resident dogs and takes correction well. She exhibits typical puppy behaviors including mouthiness, pushiness, and needing redirection when overstimulated. She learns quickly and is making progress with manners and impulse control in her foster home. She knows sit, down, lured rollover, and learned she how to use the doggie door by watching the resident dogs. She sleeps in her crate at night. Doing well with potty training but still needs frequent trips outside. She will thrive in a committed home who can provide structure, training, and socialization to help her grow up into an ideal canine companion. Likes: all toys, fetch, tug, chewing, puzzles, training, dogs, outdoors, belly rubs, napping in the sun, and is food motivated. Dislikes: Being alone. When it's time to nap or for bed, will settle in her crate quickly if her people are in the room with her. If you leave the room she whines and barks. Has been making good progress in her foster home, settling down more quickly overtime. Unknown with cats.

Story
Meet Apollo! Apollo the brave young man!  Despite enduring a harrowing and tragic house fire at just 5 weeks old, Apollo's spirit shines bright. With captivating heterochromatic eyes—one brown, one blue—Apollo is a vision of beauty. His coat is predominantly white with a very light tan saddle on his back, but this can definitely change as he grows! His boundless energy and unwavering confidence make him a delightful companion, especially when playing with his brother, Atlas. While still adjusting to his surroundings, Apollo's curiosity about other foster dogs is evident, though he seeks comfort by staying close to your feet. No supprice since being born on Valintines Day this Romeo will shower you with kisses and curl up in your lap for the sweetest little puppy snooze session. If you're ready to provide a loving forever home to this resilient pup, Apollo is now ready for his forever home! Puppy: up to 1 yr $450.00 Our dogs are spayed/neutered and a registered chip. For our puppies they are up to date on vaccinations.  Once adopted it is the new owner’s responsibility to continue the remaining vaccinations with a veterinarian. Our adoption process includes an initial conversation about the dog to see if the dog is a good match or if another dog could be a more suitable match. We also will complete a home visit. It should be noted that our adoption counselors know the dogs and can best guide any possible adopter with a suitable match. Please visit https://www.calpaws.org/available-dogs for the adoption application! We are always in need of experienced fosters for the amount of dogs we have coming in.
