Tyson is an affectionate and adorable Pug/mix searching for his forever family! This cutie is the perfect age, at 5yr old, and weighs just 12lbs. He currently lives with 4 little dogs and 1 big dog in his foster home and does great with all of them! Tyson is crate trained, house trained, and is very food motivated! He actually loves food so much he has been caught table surfing, and can get a little snarky over &#34his&#34 food at times, so his family will need to be mindful of this. Tyson is a curious boy, and he loves to go on sniffing adventures - he prefers exploring over playing with toys. Tyson would be a wonderful addition to a household with older kids, and would be happy to live with other friendly dogs! He would love a fenced yard where he can spend time roaming around and exploring, but he would also be ok in a townhouse or apartment if he has a good walking schedule. Tyson is affectionate, friendly, and is just an overall happy boy! Tyson is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Meet Auggie Auggie is seeking a local, adult only home with a fenced yard and a similarly sized playmate! Auggie is an adorable 6.5 yr old, 15 lb Pug/Chihuahua mix who was picked up a stray and never reclaimed. He was highly stressed in the shelter and we didn’t hesitate to pull him when his time was up. Auggie is a sweet silly boy, a definite lap dog and does expect full furniture privileges. He loves toys! He enjoys going for walks and rides in the car. Auggie loves to play with other similar sized energetic dogs but is intimidated by bigger dogs. He is looking for a home with another small dog and will not be placed in a home with big dogs! . Older dogs may not appreciate his enthusiasm. He does okay with a dog savvy cat but for cats not used to dogs he would not be a good fit. Auggie is a resource guarder and because of this he will not be placed in a home with children. He has super sensitive hearing and will protect you from the UPS truck so apartment living is not in his future! Auggie is crate trained and housetrained. He is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, HW tested negative and on prevention. He does need to lose a couple pounds. Auggie has been in foster care for quite some time now and we really dont know why - we know the perfect home is out there somewhere! LOCAL INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE

All dogs are heartworm negative, current on vaccines/dewormings, and microchipped. All cats are FeLv/FIV negative, current on vaccines/dewormings, and microchipped. We are open 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday, we schedule our last adoption at 4pm everyday to allow our staff enough time to feed and walk dogs. We are an animal shelter and therefore are not able to individually potty train our residents. Many adult dogs do arrive “house broken” however due to animal behavior any change in environment will make an emotional impact on the animals and therefore initiate unwanted behaviors during the acclamation period. Please keep this in mind. Puppies do not have the biological maturity to maintain absolute bladder or bowel control and will require a certain degree of potty training and house breaking. Please consider the time and commitment it takes to provide the necessary building blocks for these special babies, prior to submitting your application.
