Story
Lola is the equivalent of a clown cars trunk, full of the fun stuff! Take cartoonish features, add four squeaky toys, a bouncy ball, at least one crinkle toy, and a pogo stick… and somehow turn it into a 20 lb dog. That is Lola! She is estimated to be around a year old and looks very much like a pug/boxer mix, though rescue rules absolutely apply and we cannot guarantee either. What we can guarantee is that Lola arrives preloaded with comedy, athleticism, and a level of enthusiasm that rivals a sugared up kid about to get on their first carnival ride. Go watch Lola on YouTube, then come right back to read more about this zoomie-powered party goblin. https://youtu.be/Lmiv_G04_1w Lola is wildly entertaining and genuinely a very happy dog. She loves fetch with her whole entire being, though we would currently rank her return skills at approximately 97% mastery because once she gets the toy, she can easily forget who threw it and occasionally what the next step is to get someone to throw it again. She absolutely thrives with playful dogs that enjoy chase games, wrestling, and rough-and-tumble antics. She is an absolute toy lover, easily self-entertains, and wakes up every day ready to turn life into recess. Lola would likely thrive with someone who genuinely enjoys training and wants an active sidekick to pour into. Think adventure buddy, hiking pal, training class enthusiast, enrichment queen, “let’s work your brain and body” kind of home. She is the kind of dog that will be incredibly rewarding in the right hands. She handles environmental stressors well, recovers quickly, and remains social and confident with people always. She is loving, goofy, resilient, and very game for whatever comes next. Lola’s dream home includes an equally playful dog who enjoys chase, shares toys, and enjoys the occasional playful wrestling match. This dream home will be cat-free and she would like to pass on apartment living, the girl wants room to run! More than one playmate is welcome as long as they are sturdy, playful dogs over 25 lbs that enjoy physical play, have good tolerance levels, and know how to take breaks. Because Lola is young and driven she will benefit from a structured home committed to helping her learn how to “dog-well.” She is learning how to settle in the home and will need encouragement to slow her busy brain down in exciting environments. The encouraging part is that she responds well to guidance and is very responsive to appropriate corrections. We love Lola! From her mini-boxer look to that pug-like tail, she is one-of-a-kind gal ready and waiting for her forever! Ready to make the first move? Story
Meet Timo Male DOB: October 06, 2025 Weight: 14 pounds (small) Breed: Pug Mix Neutered (Fixed): Pending Vaccines: Up to Date Microchipped Healthy & Adoption-Ready Personality, Breed Info & Expectations Timo is a charming young dog with a happy personality, playful spirit, and affectionate nature. At 8 months old, he is still very much a puppy and is at a wonderful age for bonding, learning, and discovering the world around him. He enjoys attention, companionship, and being involved in family activities. Timo is eager to learn and would thrive in a home that can provide structure, guidance, and plenty of love as he continues to mature. As a Pug mix, Timo may show traits such as: A loving and people-oriented personality Playful and affectionate energy Strong attachment to his family Social and companion-focused behavior Intelligence and eagerness to learn Pug mixes are often devoted companions who enjoy being close to their people and thrive when included as part of the family. Timo would thrive in a home prepared for: Continued puppy training and guidance Daily walks and exercise Mental stimulation and enrichment Positive socialization experiences Structure, consistency, and routine A lifelong commitment to his physical and emotional well-being Young dogs require time, patience, training, supervision, and financial commitment as they continue growing and developing. Training, Adjustment & What to Expect Many rescue dogs come from uncertain beginnings and may not have had structure, socialization, or training before arriving at rescue. Because of this, most rescue dogs arrive with only basic training at best, and some may have had no formal training at all. Young dogs especially still require continued guidance, structure, patience, and supervision as they mature. The rescue environment itself also does not always allow for extensive one-on-one training. While we work hard to provide safety, structure, socialization, and basic guidance, adopters should expect to continue training and support after adoption. Adopting a young dog means being prepared for: Potty training reinforcement and occasional accidents Leash training and obedience work Jumping and playful puppy behavior Continued socialization and confidence-building Daily exercise, structure, and supervision Routine veterinary care Financial commitment throughout the dog's lifetime Timo will benefit from: Positive reinforcement training Daily structure and routine Continued socialization and exposure Exercise and mental stimulation Patience, consistency, and supervision Please remember the 3-3-3 Rule: 3 days to decompress 3 weeks to learn your routine 3 months to fully feel at home With patience, guidance, and commitment, dogs like Timo blossom into deeply loyal lifelong companions. Owner Responsibilities & Veterinary Care Owning a dog is a lifelong commitment that includes training, daily exercise, companionship, routine veterinary care, financial responsibility, and emotional commitment throughout every stage of life. Timo will need: Daily walks, exercise, and interaction Continued training and guidance Routine veterinary care and wellness exams Preventative care including flea, tick, and heartworm prevention Proper nutrition and weight management Mental stimulation and enrichment A safe, stable, indoor living environment Because Timo is still a young dog, consistency and structure are especially important in helping him mature into a confident and well-balanced adult dog. As a Pug mix, care should also be taken during hot weather, and adopters should monitor for overheating during exercise and outdoor activities. Timo is an indoor family dog and is not to be chained or left outside. Story
Do we even need to say it… LOOK AT THIS SQUISHY BABY-FACED CUTIE!!! For starters, if there were a contest for cutest, most adorable, best personality, and most gorgeous eyes, Scotty Smalls would win it by a landslide. But he’s more than just your squishy cutie patootie looks. He’s incredibly dog friendly, loves toys, is affectionate, and the list just keeps going. Better hurry and snatch this boy up because he will not be available for long! Watch his video and fall in love with this goofy goober: https://youtu.be/jRcCKrI95io?si=QjC3gZK9K_qRnOrH Scotty Smalls is a pittie mix approximately 1 year old and currently weighs 46 lbs. He is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. Scotty is super dog friendly and has done great with every dog we have introduced him to. He’s been with dominant males, dominant females, dogs that like to roughhouse, play chase, and even dogs that just like to hang out and do their own thing and he’s been a friendly face to them all. He’s also been around smaller dogs and was respectful with them. Scotty is a social little butterfly and already has amazing social skills with other dogs. His play style is very much puppy-like. It’s bouncy, a little mouthy, and full of fun games of tag. He shares affection and treats easily with other dogs too, no jealousy here! He’s just a happy, sweet, goofy goober that loves everyone he meets and loves to play. His ideal doggy match would be a playful female who enjoys wrestling, chase, and a little bit of that physical, silly play style. He’s not all play all the time though, he does enjoy relaxing moments too (he may just need a little reminder when it’s time to settle down). No kitties for this cutie, please! Scotty is more than just his adorable face and fun personality. He’s smart too! He already knows basic commands like sit, loves treats, and is eager to please, which is the perfect trifecta for continued training. He is crate trained and has almost mastered potty training. For the most part, he keeps things clean indoors but may have an occasional accident as he’s still learning, so he does best with a consistent routine and slightly more frequent potty breaks. He walks fairly well on a leash and even does great tandem walking next to another dog, Future pack walk pro in the making! He can pull a bit at the beginning of walks out of excitement (he just really loves getting out there), but once he settles in and is reminded how a good boy walks, he does much better. With continued structure and practice, he’ll be walking like a little prince in no time. Scotty loves hanging out in the backyard, rolling in the grass, playing with toys, and exploring all the smells. Because of that, we would love for him to have a home with a backyard rather than an apartment. He’s also great at entertaining himself with toys, which is always a bonus. He has been around kids as young as 5 and did well, but we believe he would do best in a home with kids 12 and up who can match his playful energy and are a bit more steady on their feet. Scotty would thrive in a semi-active home looking for a fun, personality-packed companion who can keep up with adventures but also turn into the ultimate snuggle bug at the end of the day. He can be your Saturday morning adventure buddy and your lazy Sunday cuddle partner. Truly the best of both worlds. We are willing to test Scotty Smalls with anything you need in order to ensure it's a perfect match. We can make anything happen! Just let us know. Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? Story
Nobody should be allowed to be this cute. Seriously. Miss Butters has tiny little legs, a giant blocky bulldog head, adorable little teefers that randomly peek out, and a face that's practically impossible to say no to. She looks like someone accidentally shrunk a bulldog in the wash, and honestly, we wouldn't change a single thing about her. But as ridiculously adorable as she is, it's her sweet personality that completely steals the show. Her foster has described her as "pretty much perfection" more than once, and coming from someone who doesn't say that often, that's about the highest compliment a dog can get. Miss Butters isn't your stereotypical bulldog with a big attitude. She's unbelievably gentle, easygoing, and has this way of completely melting into you the second you start petting her. The more affection you give her, the closer she scoots until she's practically leaning her whole little body against you. She's just one of those dogs that makes people smile without even trying. Watch her video and prepare to fall completely in love with this tiny bulldog queen: https://youtu.be/7X5CTdgCGKc?si=kvwZaeD7JKwlFMEh Miss Priscilla Butters, affectionately known as Miss Butters, is believed to be an English Bulldog/American Bully mix approximately 3 years old and currently weighs about 31 lbs. She's on a little weight-gain journey to help fill out her frame, but don't worry... she'll always be our short queen. As with any rescue dog, breed is always a mystery, but one thing we know for sure is that she's 100% sweetheart. One of our favorite things about Butters is just how easy she is to live with. She's happy hanging out while you work from home, watching TV on the couch, following you into the kitchen in case snacks magically appear, or simply lounging nearby soaking up the fact that she's with her people. She has such a peaceful presence about her and is the kind of dog that makes a house feel calmer just by being there. Speaking of snacks... this girl has some seriously impressive hearing when a treat bag crinkles. We swear she can hear one from another zip code. If food is involved, Miss Butters will politely appear out of nowhere to see if there's any chance you'd be willing to share. She's also a huge fan of tennis balls, and watching her chase one is honestly one of the funniest things you'll ever see. Those tiny little legs kick into high gear chasing after it, but when it's time to stop... the rest of her body isn't always on the same page, and she'll do the cutest little slide trying to put on the brakes. Now, there is one very bulldog-specific thing future adopters should know, and honestly, bulldog lovers will probably laugh because they already understand. Once Miss Butters gets a tennis ball, she really commits to it. She likes holding onto her prize and has a pretty strong grip. She's not aggressive whatsoever, she just doesn't believe in giving up a perfectly good tennis ball without negotiating first. Luckily, she's highly motivated by treats, so trading is easy once you know the trick. The same goes for treats themselves. Every now and then she'll accidentally catch a finger while enthusiastically accepting one because, well... bulldogs aren't exactly known for their delicate precision. It's simply part of loving the breed, and Miss Butters is otherwise about as gentle as they come. She's currently fostered with three large dogs and one very opinionated little Chihuahua, and her attitude toward all of them is pretty much, "Y'all do your thing." She's wonderfully dog friendly but doesn't really care about playing. She'd much rather peacefully coexist, mind her own business, and enjoy everyone's company from a comfortable distance. If another dog keeps insisting she wrestle, she'll politely let them know she's not interested before going back to relaxing. She's also met a cat and had the exact same reaction... "Nice to meet you," and then carried on with her day. Miss Butters is fully potty trained, crate trained, and has excellent house manners. Her foster leaves her crate open throughout the day, and she'll often wander in on her own whenever she's ready for a nap or wants a little quiet time. She hasn't had any accidents in foster care and has proven to be an incredibly easy dog to have around. As for exercise, Miss Butters believes in quality over quantity. A nice little walk? Absolutely. Lunch on a dog-friendly patio? Sounds wonderful. Running errands with her favorite people? Count her in. Training for a marathon? She respectfully declines. When she's done walking, she'll simply let you know... sometimes by laying down right where she is. Honestly, we appreciate the honesty. Because of her short little legs, we'd recommend a home without lots of stairs, but otherwise she could do well in either an apartment or a house with a yard. She's quiet, mellow, and perfectly content living life at a slower pace. She's also done wonderfully with children as young as seven years old and has the same gentle, loving personality with them that she shows everyone else. If you've been hoping to find a bulldog that's sweet, hilarious, incredibly easygoing, and built in the cutest little fun-size package imaginable, Miss Butters is ready to make herself right at home. Just be prepared... once she melts into you for the first time, there's a very good chance you'll never want to let her go. We are willing to test Miss Priscilla Butters with anything you need in order to ensure it's a perfect match. We can make anything happen! Just let us know.
