I’m a happy, playful and sweet little girl who loves belly rubs! I’m treat motivated and will be easy to train. I have a fun personality, and love playing with my toys and other dogs too. I’m also a couch potato after play. If you are interested in adopting me, please go directly to my rescues website at savingonepawatatimerescue.org to complete my adoption application. Story
Meet Minnie, a 2-year-old Pug mix weighing 27 pounds with the cutest little underbite and a beautiful white chest and collar that gives her a “queenly” look. She’s as sweet as she is adorable and fully believes she’s here to love you… and collect a few treats along the way. Minnie is a happy, playful girl with a medium to high energy level. She loves playing with her foster dog siblings and enjoys toys, especially antlers and squeaky toys. She’ll chase a ball here and there, but she’d much rather engage with her people or other dogs than nap the day away. She’s very alert and will pop up quickly if she hears something new, making her both entertaining and a great little watchdog. She is house trained, though she has had a few recent accidents that may be related to medication she’s currently on while recovering from heartworm treatment. Minnie is crate trained with a little encouragement, especially if a treat is involved, and she settles in nicely once inside. When left alone, she does well resting in her crate for 4 to 8 hours. Minnie is great with tweens and teens and would do well in a home with or without kids. She gets along well with other dogs, especially those in the 30 to 60 pound range, and enjoys having playmates. Cats and other animals are unknown at this time. She’s a smart girl who already knows sit and shake and is currently working on “come here,” “lay down,” and “get in your box.” On leash, Minnie is still learning and can be a bit of a zig-zagger who pulls, but with consistency and a little patience, she’ll continue to improve. She is very food motivated, which makes training easier and fun. Car rides can make Minnie a little nervous, though she has already started improving. For longer trips, she may benefit from some calming support, but she’s making great progress and gaining confidence. Minnie’s ideal home is simply one that will love her. She’s affectionate, playful, and full of personality. When you look into her eyes, she seems to say, “I’m a cutie patootie, here to give you love and kisses,” and she truly means it. If you’re looking for a sweet, fun-loving companion who will keep you smiling and shower you with affection, Minnie may be your perfect match. You can apply directly for Minnie by clicking the Apply for Adoption button on the linked page. https://www.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/FODS-A-799 All our dogs come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. She needs to be the alpha female wherever she goes. We adopted her and her sister at the same time, not realizing they fight. She needs to ideally be in a single pet home. She wants to be your lap dog and loved. On her own she is very gentle sweet, and well behaved.

Story
Hi! My name is Scooter! I was found dumped on someone’s property and taken to a high kill shelter in Fresno, CA where I was at risk of being euthanized for space. I am safe now with my rescue in Oregon. I’m estimated to be about 6 months old and I weigh approximately 11.5lbs. I’m up to date on my vaccines and will be neutered this Tuesday! I’m learning to use my potty pads fairly quickly and I’m sure I’ll be easy to potty train outside once I’m completely vetted! I’m crate trained, very smart and I love everyone. I get along with dogs, cats, and people of all ages. I’m also not a leg lifter when I pee so that’s a huge plus my rescue says. I’m still just a little guy. I’m very small and won’t get very big at all. I’m a very sweet boy who would love the chance of being in a forever home with my forever family. If you are interested in adopting me, please go directly to my rescues website at savingonepawatatimerescue.org to complete my adoption application. I look forward to meeting you! Love, Scooter

Story
Meet Gus Breed: Pug / Chihuahua Mix Sex: Male DOB: 12/2/2025 Weight: 6 Pounds Health: Healthy and growing Gus is a joyful, wiggly little boy with expressive eyes and a personality bigger than his small body. He combines the affectionate silliness of a Pug with the alert intelligence of a Chihuahua. At three months old, he is in that magical puppy phase — full of curiosity, playfulness, and attachment. Personality Gus is playful, affectionate, and eager to connect. He loves toys, enjoys exploring, and lights up when he receives attention. After playtime, he happily melts into cuddles. He is forming his confidence now, and with steady guidance, he will grow into a loyal, devoted little companion who bonds closely with his family. Breed Info This mix often produces dogs who are loving, expressive, and people-focused. They can be alert and protective of their home, and they thrive in environments where they feel included and secure. Moderate exercise, daily engagement, and positive training are key to raising a well-balanced adult. Owner Responsibilities Gus needs consistent house training, structured socialization, and daily engagement. Puppies require supervision and patience. He will also need routine vet care and breed-aware monitoring as he grows. Raising a puppy is hands-on work — it is rewarding, but it requires time and dedication. &#226&#154&#160&#239&#184&#143 Things to Consider Are you ready for interrupted sleep during potty training? Is your landlord aware and approving? Are you financially prepared for vaccinations, neutering, food, and potential emergencies? Will Gus still have a home if you move or your schedule changes? Puppies are a long-term commitment, not a temporary stage. Vet Care Even though Gus is healthy, establishing care with your own veterinarian immediately ensures proper growth tracking, vaccination continuation, and long-term health planning. The 3-3-3 Rule The first 3 days he may be unsure or overly excited. The first 3 weeks he will start settling into your schedule. The first 3 months he will fully trust and attach to you. Consistency builds security. Why Gus? Gus will grow into someone’s loyal little shadow. With love, patience, and structure, he will offer joy, companionship, and devotion for years to come. Story
Now Fostered in Bothell WA!! If happiness had a mascot, I’m pretty sure it would at the least resemble Koi. This boy is the definition of a peoples-dog, spreading wiggly affectionate and an enthusiasm for love everywhere he goes. To him, it is absolutely a thrill to be loved! The moment you start petting him, you can see him light up like it’s the best day of his life- tail wagging, body wiggling, whole-face smile.. Standing still for love is just not his style! Take a look at him in action- it's worth it- then come back to read more - https://youtu.be/_-aMxaMQHH4 Koi is estimated to be 1.5-year-old, he weighs 33-lbs and we suspect he is a pug mix but we cannot guarantee breed or birthday considering he is a rescue. Koi enjoys adventure and is an eager explorer who has basic leash skills and will polish to perfection with practice and the occasional gentle correction. He checks in often and is happy to deliver on your expectation. Dog-wise, Koi is a social and playful guy. No surprise right, you can just see it in him. We spent the afternoon introducing him to new dogs and watching him play and he was polite during on leash introduction, with a little excitement sneaking in here and there but it was all in a friendly nature. He loves a good playmate with matching energy- think medium-energy, fun-loving dogs who enjoy a mix of zooming around playing chase followed by extended chill-time. Koi’s ideal home will give him an outlet for his energy- walks, playdates, or backyard fun- and people who don’t mind his occasional joyful jumps or sneaky smooches (aka-face licks.) He’s a small package with a big-dog heart and a contagious joy for life. The perfect dog if you love hosting and have a dog-loving bunch of friends and family. He is friendly, outgoing, and greets new people with open paws and a full-body wiggle, so much so that people may want to come over just to hang out with him. He does jump up gently to give hugs so a family with slightly older kids who can handle his excitement would be perfect. This boy is going to be the sweetest sidekick and promises to help keep life fun. If the words compact bundle of sunshine or wiggly joy are on your list of must-have qualities for your dog, look no further Koi is your boy and his tail is already wagging for you!
