**Please note this is pet is currently out of town pet but we will transport this pet to OR for you when adopted. All fees listed include transport fees.** In an unfair turn of events, Trudy found herself in need of rescue when she was surrendered by a breeder. She is good with other dogs, however she is possessive of food and toys around other dogs. So, we feel she would do best in a home by herself. Trudy does fine on walk with other dogs and hanging out with them as long as there is no toys or food involved. She loves hanging out with people and she is good with kids. Trudy truly loves to explore and is always up for an adventure, so if you're looking for an energetic and fun-loving dog, then she is the one for you. Trudy deserves a new leash on life and can't wait to start the next leg of her journey with you! The vet said she is around 3 years old, but we think she might be older. She is 41 lbs and an english bulldog. Interested in becoming this pup’s forever home? For immediate consideration, please fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we DO NOT go any further without an application. If there are multiple dogs that you are interested in, please fill out an application for each dog. This does not include bonded pairs — for them, one application will be fine. Because we have different adoption coordinators working with different dogs, your application may be missed if you only apply once. Find more adoptable pets, news, and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws. We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions finding our fur babies the most loving homes. Please do not apply if you are not serious about adopting. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Trudy the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us. Our adoption fee is $650. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age-appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention, and travel expenses. All our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for their transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.

Bowser is an adorable, happy lowrider. He is great with kids, ok with cats and good with some other dogs (slow introductions always recommend). Bowser is young and would benefit from a strong leader who can guide him to be their best buddy. He is a true Bully... stubborn, with a rough play style. But also very loving and loyal. He loves to be with his person. Bowser loves car rides and snuggling with his people. Who wants to give this cutie a happy home? Rescued from a "shelter" in California... he's currently with a foster family in Washington.

Story
Hello! I’m Bubba. I’m a healthy two and a half year old. I have a chill affectionate personality. I enjoy naps, playing with my toys, walks, and car rides are my all time favorite! I would love to have a fenced yard. I still tend to pull on leash at times, but I’m getting better. I can be picky about who my canine friends are. I have two girlfriends that I really enjoy playing with, but I don’t get to see them often.

These pups are in Portland, Oregon too!

Story
**Please note this is pet is currently out of town pet but we will transport this pet to OR for you when adopted. All fees listed include transport fees.** Meet Fishy Longbottom! Introducing Fishy Longbottom, a charming French Bulldog who’s as sweet and snuggly as his name is unique! This 2–3-year-old, 20-pound bundle of joy has a heart full of love and a playful spirit that’s impossible to resist. Fishy is a cuddle champion — his favorite place is right by your side (or in your lap if you’ll let him!). When he’s not soaking up attention, he loves playing with toys and rolling around happily in his dog bed. He loves car rides, too! He’s great with kids, cats, and other dogs, making him a perfect fit for just about any household. Fishy walks nicely on a leash and is both house and crate trained, so he’s ready to fit right into your routine. Fishy is also a special needs pup. His vet suspects he may have a form of megaesophagus, though it hasn’t been officially confirmed. The good news? He’s doing wonderfully on his current medications and is living his best, happy life! He came to us as an owner surrender due to his owners not being able to handle his condition. If you’re looking for a loving, affectionate, and resilient little dog who will fill your home with joy (and cuddles), Fishy Longbottom is your guy! Interested in becoming a forever home for Fishy? **Please note this is pet is currently out of town pet but we will transport this pet to OR for you when adopted. All fees listed include transport fees. Meet Dot – Your New Best Friend! 🐾 Dot is a sweet and soulful Shar Pei mix with a heart full of love! This adorable girl is fully grown, weighs in at a 31 pounds, and is estimated to be around 2–3 years old. Dot is the total package—gentle, playful, and incredibly affectionate. She gets along wonderfully with adults, kids, and other dogs, especially in casual settings like walks or group play. (We’re not sure how she feels about cats just yet!) Dot is very food-motivated and already knows commands like “sit,” “go to bed,” and how to settle into her crate. She’s perfectly crate-trained and has never had an accident with us. Her previous foster raved about her house manners and how much she loves to cuddle. Whether she's playing fetch, enjoying a walk, or curling up for snuggles, Dot is happiest when she's with her people. Her dog walker calls her "an absolute joy to be around"—and we couldn’t agree more. If you're looking for a loving, well-mannered companion with the cutest little face, Dot might just be your perfect match! 💕 Interested in becoming a forever home for Dot Pei?
