I adopted Nami when she was a puppy and She is now 2! Perfectly healthy and no health issues! I’m looking for a loving, stable home where she can get the time, attention, and companionship she deserves. Ideally a home with people who enjoy cuddling, playtime, and giving affection. She would do well with individuals or families who are patient, kind, and able to include her in daily life. She is incredibly sweet and loves attention especially sneaking onto the couch for cuddles whenever she gets the chance. She loves to eat, run around, and play with chew toys. She can be a little shy with new people at first, but after about 10 minutes she warms up completely and wants to be with them all the time. She’s good with other animals and children, does well in busy environments, and has never shown aggression. Rehoming her is a very difficult difficult decision, but due to my job I can’t give her the time she truly deserves, and I want her to have the best life possible

Meet Rusty the Pug - a playful little boss with a big heart! 🧡 Rusty is a happy, fun-loving boy who absolutely adores playtime and toys of all kinds. If there’s something to chase, tug, or toss, Rusty is all in! He also loves being close to his people and is perfectly content curling up in your lap for some quality cuddle time. This confident little guy has a big personality and likes to think he’s in charge — even with the big dogs (who may or may not take him seriously 😉). He’s full of spunk, charm, and confidence, and it just makes him that much more lovable. At bedtime, Rusty is a wonderful sleeper and snuggles all night, though he often chooses his own cozy spot on the bed nearby, enjoying his independence while still staying close. He’s also making great progress with his house manners and continues to improve every day. And while he may be small, Rusty is convinced he’s a mighty guard dog, always ready to protect his people — or at least let everyone know he’s on the job! Rusty is the perfect mix of playful, cuddly, and confident, and he’s ready to bring a whole lot of joy (and laughs) to his forever home. 🐶✨

Sancho is 5 years old and only has one eye, which is blind. His owners were not taking care of him, and they locked him up in a small patio in the back of their house. they went and got a new younger dog who kept picking on him. Sancho is good with other dogs and cats..very affectionate!!

Phoebe was found, obviously nursing a litter, but puppies were not found. No owner came for her. Animal Medical Care in Temple took care of her medical needs-spayed . I then went to shelter to check on her & couldn't deny those sad eyes. She had heartworms. I got her shots caught up & got her through the slow kill heartworm treatment. Good health, no skin allergies. She is a chunky girl, so lamb & rice or chicken & rice from Sam's. Carrots, broccoli, frozen green beans, peas, satisfy her need for MORE. Her previous life was outdoors raising litters of puppies. She's adjusted well to the comforts of soft beds & blankets. We look forward to meeting you.

Sweet Amber is another Spindletop survivor from last summer's raid and seizure. They killed her friend Stella who was also boarded there. Amber is a special soul. She is a loving and wonderful companion. She is funny and squatty with her red satin-teen collar and will lay around all day if you let her. She loves watching tv with you and just being with humans. Amber is super trained, does down, leave it, off and walks wonderfully on lead. She is as charming and quirky as they come and a truly special dog. Amber, like all of the Animals First and Reunion Rescue dogs, is crate and house-trained, raw fed and homeopathically treated. We have a wonderful foster to adopt program and lifetime guarantee for all our dogs.
