Story
Dottie arrives in Wisconsin on June 1st. She is an adorable pug and definitely a cutie. Right now she is living with four other dogs in her foster home and she loves all of them. She loves to run around the backyard with them. She does great on walks but is a pug so she can’t go on long walks, especially in the heat. Her foster home has a cat, but she really just ignores our cat. She just always shows interest in the dogs and playing with them. She does great in the crate. She has made such improvements with potty training. She does love to sleep with you in bed, curled right up on top of you and is a little snuggle bug. She loves to play with toys and always seems to have one with her. She also loves to eat. She may not know when to stop, so definitely limit what you put in her bowl. Interested in adoption? Our rescue adopts to Wisconsin and Illinois. Our requirements for Illinois applications are: excellent vet history, no children under 7 in the home, and an owned home. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once approved a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250. Adoption Donation: $550 My litter includes: Frankie and Frannie All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption.
