The wonderful Canine Care staff is helping me deal with the loss of my guardian and they are giving me extra loving. I lived with a cat and I also get along with dogs. I love walks, that’s the perfect way to get some fresh air, discover new smells and even bark at the wind. I’m quite affectionate so always ready to get some petting or relax on the couch with you. Nights are lonely without a family so what about me being able to sleep in my own home tonight?

She's currently working on potty training and is crate trained, but she's the type of girl who likes to do things on Mimi time. While she may not always be the most attentive pup, Mimi enjoys being near her people and can often be found lounging on the back of the couch, quietly keeping an eye on the household. She's still adjusting to her new surroundings and learning what life as a beloved family pet is all about. One thing Mimi is very enthusiastic about? Food! She's highly motivated by people-food and has been known to climb onto chairs and even tables in search of a tasty snack. Her future family will need to help her learn appropriate boundaries and keep tempting treats out of reach. Mimi also has an adventurous side. She's frequently found checking out the front door or garage door, seemingly dreaming about her next expedition. Because of this, her family will need to be extra mindful when coming and going—if she spots an opportunity, she may try to sneak out and explore. Mimi is looking for a patient family that appreciates her independent nature while helping her continue to build good habits and settle into a routine. In return, she'll provide plenty of entertainment, companionship, and her own unique brand of affection. SAME.Because this dog wakes up every morning like she just drank three energy drinks and received life-changing news.Tally approaches every single day with the enthusiasm of a kid who just found out recess got extended.Fetch? OBSESSED.Car rides? LET’S GO.Backyard zoomies? Absolutely mandatory.Personal space? She’s unfamiliar with the concept because she loves her people THAT much.At approximately 2 years old and 28 pounds, Tally is basically what would happen if pure joy somehow became a dog. She’s goofy, expressive, adventurous, wildly entertaining, and always seems genuinely thrilled to be included in whatever’s happening.And yes… we still aren’t entirely convinced she sleeps.Her foster family swears every time they check on her, those giant eyes are already open and ready for the next activity. Honestly? Respect.Tally has made HUGE progress in foster care. Celia, the petite pug Celia is an adorable 2 yo petite fawn pug with a couple of unique features. Her legs are a bit longer than usual for a pug. She puts them to good use prancing, zooming, and playfully pawing her human & dog friends. Somewhere in her past, her tail was damaged, so it doesn’t corkscrew; however, it does wag with enthusiasm when she is happy (which is most of the time!) Celia howls to greet you, her mouth in a little “O” shape as an “ow-wooo” sings hello. She is intelligent, cuddly, affectionate, and best of all…a PUG!!! She is ready for her forever home. Local adoption fee is $350(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $650 (includes transport to your area)
