Story
Kiwi and Mimi were used by breeders in a remote area north of Los Angeles and then dumped. They were found together and we think they are mother and daughter. They love each other and play and cuddle together as the best of friends. Kiwi and Mimi are both very person oriented and will gratefully soak up affection at the slightest invitation. They both enjoy going for walks and are leash trained and are excellent hiking companions. Kiwi and Mimi are also superb cuddle companions and love to snuggle up with you or just sunbathe. They are healthy, house trained, spayed, current on all vaccines and microchipped. Adoption only open to Southern California residents. We do not foster / adopt any of our dogs to households with children under 10 years old. A foster / adoption application must be filled out PRIOR to anyone meeting any of our dogs. Say hello to Bucky COH! This 2 year old neutered male Puggle Mix came to us as an owner surrender and is ready to start his next adventure. Bucky is a sweet boy who loves spending time with his people and is eager to please. He’s currently learning new tricks and showing just how smart and playful he can be. Great with kids and dogs, Bucky would make a wonderful addition to any loving home! We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications. Found by animal control in Hawthorne, he arrived with an “unplanned adventure” behind him, but he’s kept his outlook simple: be kind, stay curious, and see who’s ready to be your friend. He’s got a fun, wiggly spirit when he’s engaged, then settles into a steady, mellow presence that makes him easy to be around. Brownie isn’t demanding the spotlight—he just naturally earns attention with his sweet expression and relaxed confidence. He’s the kind of dog who fits into everyday life without complication: a walk buddy, a couch companion, a quiet comfort at the end of the day. Story
Kingston is a rescue. He was abused by his previous owner, a man, who burned his coat with cigarettes. Since I've had him, we've done a lot of training. I can walk him without a leash, he only crosses the street on my command, and he loves to play and cuddle. It will take him some to get assimilated, but he's a great dog! He loves to be outside and never pees or poops in the house. He only barks in the house when someone comes to the door. He's truly a joy to have around!
