Story
Hi! I’m Harp, a 10yearold, 17pound terrier blend named after the instrument that makes the prettiest notes. I try to bring that same easy, happy vibe wherever I go. I’m a curious little lady who loves staying close to my person, sharing kisses and trotting along on walks. I’m also a devoted snuggler and a loyal sidekick who treasures every moment together. Favorite Things: Harp enjoys life’s simple pleasures, from strolling beside her person to curling up for cozy downtime. She loves joining in on errands, relaxing at outdoor cafés and savoring soft treats like watermelon or peanut butter. Whether she’s soaking up belly rubs, taking in a peaceful walk or hopping into the car for an outing, Harp brings a warm, happy presence wherever she goes. Training and Manners: Harp is house trained when taken out regularly and has excellent everyday manners. She walks beautifully on a leash, settles easily at home and doesn’t bother with things she shouldn’t. She sleeps comfortably in either the people bed or her own soft spot and handles new environments with steady confidence. She communicates in endearing ways and enjoys being part of her person’s routine. Health and Care: Harp is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. She’ll need monthly heart worm and flea/tick prevention like all dogs. Her short coat makes grooming simple, usually just a bath and nail trim when needed. She recently had a full dental procedure and now has five teeth, so she’ll need soft food, which she eats with plenty of enthusiasm. Other Animals: Harp may express her feelings about unfamiliar dogs on walks, but she has lived peacefully with calm, older pups she knows. She’s wonderful with cats and genuinely enjoys their company. Her preference for keeping her person all to herself simply shows how deeply she bonds and how devoted she is to her humans. Children: Harp is gentle with children of all ages. Her calm nature and affectionate personality make her a lovely match for families who appreciate a steady, loving companion. Ideal Home: Harp’s easygoing temperament makes her comfortable in many living situations. She can be left alone for several hours and has free rein of the home when her person is out. She thrives in a relaxed environment where she can enjoy daily strolls, close companionship and the chance to join her person on simple adventures. Overall: Harp is a tenderhearted terrier blend with a bright mind, a cuddly spirit and a joyful wiggle that appears the moment she’s shown affection. She brings a comforting presence to every room and is always up for a little adventure with her person. If she sounds like the perfect partner, visit www.PoodleandPoochRescue.org to submit an adoption application. If it seems like a good match, her foster family will be in touch. Her adoption donation is $275. ##2639292##

Story
Hi, I’m Juno! I'm a mellow, 8-year-old Rat Terrier (Rattie) and I weigh just 9 lbs. I may be named after a goddess, but I don't need much: just a window or sofa I can sit near and a family who will love me forever. Is that you?  Favorite Things: Juno does not need piles of toys or a lot of entertainment: she is very content just sitting on your lap or in her bed by a window soaking up some sunshine. Once she adjusts to a new environment, she's an easy, calm, sweet little lady who just wants lots of love. Training & Manners: This little lady has good basic manners! She is housetrained if let out regularly and is a good little passenger on car rides. She will go outside to do her business and is ready to come right back in and cuddle again, so she doesn’t require long walks. She sleeps in a dog bed at night.  Health & Care: Juno is spayed, heartworm negative, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. She’ll need monthly flea and heartworm preventatives, like any dog. As for grooming, this short haired gal just needs the occasional bath and nail trim, but other than that she is a low-maintenance lady.  Other Animals: Juno gets along well with other calm, small dogs. She even gets along with cats! Children: Juno has yet to be observed around children yet. Ideal Home: "Easy-going" should be Juno's middle name! She's equally at home in an apartment, condo, or single-family home.  Overall: This shy sweetheart just wants to fit in and will be a wonderful companion for someone who has an extra space on their couch and a lot of love in their heart.  Is Juno the sweet, calm best friend you've been looking for? If you think she might be, visit www.PoodleandPoochRescue.org to fill out an adoption application. If it seems like it could be a good match, her foster family will reach out with more information. Her adoption donation is $300. ##2675481##

Story
JJ was brought to us a stray, but the owner surrendered him due to him being a very jealous type. He has a very high prey drive! JJ can walk on a leash, his previous owner said he is crate trained. He has some training but is a selective listener. JJ enjoys agility, car rides, climbing, digging, fetch, running, toys, tugging, walks, and water...loves water and swimming. He is afraid of loud noises, thunder, and fireworks. Described as lap loving, curious, and active. Medium-high activity level, somewhat reliable to come when called, and a low-medium vocalization.
