Hi, I’m Billy! I'm a 29-lb Rat Terrier and I'm 6 years old. I'm just an easy going, quiet guy who is just looking for someone with snacks who will love me forever. Favorite Things: Billy is a bit of a foodie! He's playful, too, although this gentle soul is quite happy doing his own thing and doesn't need constant human attention. Training & Manners: Billy is a good boy! He is housetrained if let out regularly, he is a well behaved passenger on car rides, he walks well on a leash, and he generally has good basic manners. Health & Care: This little gastronome is currently on a weight loss journey and has been making great strides. He’ll need a family committed to continuing the journey with him which includes daily walks and closely monitoring his food intake. He is on daily medication to control his allergies and support his thyroid function. This costs about $85 per month. Other than that, he is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. He also won't need much elaborate grooming, as a short-haired guy. Other Animals: This gregarious guy gets along with other dogs of all sizes. He's even fine with cats! Children: Sweet Billy is good with children of all ages. Bebe and Tabby are a bonded pair of 7-year-old female Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mixes. Bebe weighs approximately 15 pounds. She is a friendly, happy, affectionate girl who is always wagging her tail as soon as she sees you. Tabby also weighs 15 pounds. She is timid when she first meets new people, but quickly warms up. We have no idea why they named her Tabby? They both gets along well with the other dogs, but have not been cat or kid-tested. Their adoption donation is $500, which includes their spay, vaccinations, and microchip. They both are heartworm negative and on monthly prevention. Sammy has been our dog for over five years, and we love her very much. She is very smart and obedient. I often walk her without a leash, and she goes outside in the front yard off leash with me almost every day. Sammy is very energetic. Her love language is going on walks, and she especially loves long walks. She is a bit obsessed with squirrels and loves to chase them. She is okay with other dogs. She loves playing with our neighbor’s dog, but if another dog is aggressive, she will not back down. Sammy is extremely house trained. She has never destroyed anything and has never had any accidents in the house. Three years ago, we had our first child, and Sammy has never quite adjusted. She is anxious around young kids and would do best in a home without them. She has never caused any real harm, but she needs a place where she can feel completely safe.

Rita– I’m a 9-lb Pug-Chihuahua blend and I'm 1 year young. I'm a cuddly, clever, and kissy girl who loves being near my person, learning new tricks, and hanging out with best friend Lily! Favorite Things: Both girls love to be held by their humans, which is easy since they are so tiny. Lilly even loves to sleep in her dog bed on the human bed! 24/7, they love to snuggle and cuddle right up to their human! Training & Manners: Both Lily and Rita are smart cookies who are eager to learn and who are housetrained if let out frequently and have even picked up a few tricks. Rita will even sit for treats now! They both walk well on a leash and are well-behaved little passengers on car rides. Health & Care: This healthy pair are up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and spayed. They just need their monthly flea and heartworm preventatives, like any dog. These low-maintenance gals won't even require much elaborate grooming.
