Story
Video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/FPJo4fqair8 Napoleon is a little dog in a big dog body. He has no problem hanging with the big dogs but is also good with little dogs and cats. He does think he owns all the food but he never attacks, he just growls sometimes. He is not a big barker despite being a little dog. He only barks when there is a reason to. He walks well on the leash and he is mostly potty trained (goes to the door) but will probably need some retraining in a new environment. He is a sweet little boy who is active enough to go on long walks but also small enough to not need a ton of exercise to be happy. He was dumped in a rural neighborhood where he was bound to be eating by coyotes or hit by a car. The house that he ran to for help gave him food and water but they wouldn't even bring him inside to keep him safe so I had to go pick him up in the middle of the night. He is currently still in Oklahoma where he was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take him in or he will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. www.facebook.com/desideratarescue/reviews Transport locations: - Washington State (Kennewick, Lynnwood/Edmonds, Seattle/Tacoma) - Oregon (Portland and Springfield) - Colorado (Ft Lupton) - Idaho (Heyburn and Boise/Meridian) - Utah (Ogden) - Wyoming (Evanston, Rock Springs, Laramie) - Illinois (Vandalia) - Indiana (Spiceland) - Ohio (Columbus) - Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh and Harrisburg) - New York (Buffalo and Albany) - Connecticut (Enfield) Vetting: neutered, heartworm tested (negative), on monthly heartworm prevention, on monthly flea and tick prevention, rabies vaccine, bordetella vaccine, dhpp vaccine x 2, lepto vaccine x 2, microchipped, dewormed. Adoption fee: $550 (includes the $250 cost of transport from Oklahoma) Adoption application: https://form.jotform.com/82677586784176 Desiderata Rescue is Oklahoma Licensed Rescue #95

Meet Leo, a tender-hearted soul. His demeanor is gentle and mellow, with a sweetness that can melt even the coldest of hearts. His shyness is a part of his charm, making him a unique companion. In new environments, Leo can be quite timid, but give him time and patience, and he'll slowly come around, showing you the depth of his loving nature. His need for a calm and understanding home is evident. He needs someone who will understand and appreciate his sensitive nature. SOOOOOO how many people remember Starsky and Hutch?? Probably not too many! But if you DO, please don't prejudice us with the "wildness" of our namesakes'! OK, we are a LITTLE wild and cute cute cute! Found in a neighborhood together at about 2-3 months old, we could have had a very different life.... however, we were found by a couple of high school boys who immediately drove us to the rescue to see if they would help at 5pm on a Friday evening. AND IT WORKED!!! We are a couple of cute boys, we are barkers and that is part of the breed- Rat Terriers are busy and smart and active and they bark! We are cute when we bark though :) We do not have to be adopted together, although we love each other and have been together our WHOLE lives.... but we can be adopted apart. We may be nervous at first if adopted separately but if you follow the 3/3/3 rule, it will take us time to adjust in our new home anyway!! (you will find a copy of the 3/3/3 rules in our medical record if you adopt one or both of us) We are waiting for the right family/families to come along and we hope that we find you or you find us soooonnnnn!! Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Meet Sweetheart Riana!🌸🐾 She is currently 9 pounds, 10 weeks old, and we think she may be a Russell Terrier mix, but with rescue it’s a guess! What matters most is that they are adorable and are one the MOST desperate in the entire US based on statistics for where this puppy is from. Shelters in this area are having to euthanize puppies. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves her life as well as the life of another in its place. Cutie Riana is playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly. She loves to play with her siblings, her foster sisters and shares a lots of kisses and love! 💖🐾 Riana take lots of naps, eat, sleep, play, repeat- such is puppy life! 😍💖 Riana is still young so they will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Her new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood.🥰🐾 You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend!😘🌸 Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/667af166385b638b860231dc Please email: katiak@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $825.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW or the NE at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.

Story
Hi there, I'm Riley and I am Rosie's brother. I am a one year old wire haired terrier around 40 lbs. I am a sweet boy who is good with the peoples of all sizes and with other dogs when I get the chance for a proper introduction. I don't have any experience with those cat things, but being a Terrier mix, I might not be the best fit. I can be a little shy at first but I warm up quickly and then you and I will be fast friends. My sister and I were pulled from the streets and so she is a little needy of her "big" brother so if you would love double the fun we would really like to stay together. *All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kennelled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment (spay/neuter, etc.) and a health certificate for cross-state travel*
