URGENT â¼ï¸ Lids needs a new home immediately. URGENT â¼ï¸ We have an urgent request to find a new home for Lids. This boy was adopted from us two and a half years ago but his adopter can't keep him due to recent health issues. Lids is a three-year-old, 75 pound boy who is full of energy, and love. He's a cuddler and an affectionate boy! He is looking for a family who can show him love and patience, and work with him if needed. He is good with humans of all ages, including kids. But we recommend older kids because of his energy. He is good with dogs, but like most dogs, he will need a proper introduction. No cats for him. He is housebroken and knows commands for 'sit', 'down', 'off', 'high five' and 'come'. He does need some work with his leash walking skills. The best home for Lids will be: With an active owner who can take him hiking, running, or do agility with him. A friendly and playful resident dog (if there already is a dog in household). He lost an eye and half his tail as a result of human cruelty, but he hasn't lost his gentleness. After a 15-hour flight to the U.S., he’s discovering safety for the first time. He let me bathe him on his first night, learned to trust, and now sleeps curled beside me every night. Dobby is fully housetrained, neutered, vaccinated, and gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes. He has warmed up to my cat and is now fully integrated into my little "pack." He follows my older dog’s lead, loves quiet company, and rests deeply—finally able to relax. He’s not high-energy; he’s content with warmth, softness, and love. This is JULIAN. He is one year and nine months old and 25 pounds as of December 23, 2024. He is currently being fostered with many dogs and cats and he’s amazing. We think he is a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. That’s our best guess! Julian is one of four siblings. His mom was found pregnant as a stray. Everyone has been adopted ~ mom and his three sisters. He’s been waiting for a forever home for over a year now. He’s ready to go home with you! His foster mom says he’s sweet, loving, and affectionate ~ he’s perfect!! JULIAN is playful and a ball of total love. He’s curious and willing to learn. He is good with everyone, dogs and cats. He will be a great exercise partner. He may not be winning any fetch awards, but he will definitely win over your heart with his mad snuggling skills. If a night of snack, snuggling and sitcoms is your thing – JULIAN may be a perfect match.
