She is affectionate, loyal, and deeply connected to her people, always happy to be near and part of family life. She is also full of energy and curiosity, and truly thrives when she can run, play, explore, and enjoy the outdoors. She loves movement, fun, and engagement, and shines brightest when given time to be active and stimulated both physically and emotionally. This decision comes from love and honesty. Our current season of life is very demanding, with young children, work, and frequent travel, and we are no longer able to give her the time, attention, and consistency she deserves. Our hope is to find her a family who can give her patience, structure, affection, and plenty of activity. She deserves a home where she can feel secure, fulfilled, and happy every day. We're rehoming our dog Freddy Blu. He’s a Rhodesian Ridgeback. Healthy all shots are up to date. He’s 52lbs and 3 yrs old❤️ Our new community has a weight and size restrictions and he is over the weight limit. He’s very playful. We adopted him from the local shelter 3yrs ago. He’s such a great boy. Energetic, great with kids, loves snuggles. He’s house trained and crate trained.

Hi. I’m Copper, a handsome brown/black puppy--they say I might be a Rhodesian ridgeback mix. I was born in the woods to a stray momma around 5/13/25. Mom left us at about 5 weeks old; but a really nice person fed my siblings and got them to a rescue. Sadly, I was in hiding and was missed. By the time they found me and got me to the rescue, I was half the size of my siblings. But with good care and food, I’m now just as big! I’m learning all about nice people, dogs, and even cats. Indoor living is amazing. We play, wrestle, cuddle, go on walks, eat, and sleep. Oh, and potty. I’m working on house training. My foster mom says I’m supposed to potty outside, but I prefer playing. No worries, I’ll get it figured out soon. I am a little shy to new things, but if you take the time to help me learn, I’ll do fine. They say I’m all ready to be adopted. Could it be with you? ***PLEASE NOTE*** This pup has not yet been altered and requires an extra $100 spay/neuter deposit. JCAPL will pay for the procedure at a partner clinic and once completed, the deposit will be refunded to the adopter. However, a non-local adopter is required to pay for the spay/neuter at their own veterinarian by a specific date. Serra joined our family in 2016 and has brought us years of joy. Estimated to be about 9-10 years old now, she's lived with small children, dogs, and many cats. Serra has experience both indoors and outdoors and thrives in a home with a secure yard where she can run and play (she has never had an open environment to explore). She currently stays in our garage with her beagle brother, Charlie (also available for adoption(preferred they go together)), but we know they deserve more. Serra is a natural explorer and a runner, so she needs a watchful owner who can ensure her safety. While she's had many animal friends, Serra has shown aggression toward other pets in two instances when she escaped a fenced yard. Proper introductions and supervision are key.
