Meet Willow, a sweet adult dog who is as independent as she is brave. She's incredibly smart, which shines through in her playful antics and loyal demeanor. Willow thrives in a quiet home environment where she can enjoy her own space and time and would do well with a mature adult person or couple and no young children. She gets along well with cats, but can be selective with her canine companions so being an only dog is an option. Willow is eager to be part of a family again and have her own home, and she is a good watchdog who will alert you if a stranger comes to your home.. Willow lived her first few years with a retired couple and slept in their bed with them. Sadly her daddy became ill and they had to rehome her. Despite her independent spirit, Willow still loves to engage in walks on her leash and other fun activities and to show her affectionate side to those she trusts. She will spend her day on your lap watching tv ( she is housebroken) and knows how to use a dog door to let herself outside to potty, lay in the sun or play in the water in her kiddie pool. She would make an ideal companion for those seeking a loyal and playful friend. Willow's unique blend of sweetness, friendliness, and independence, coupled with her bravery and loyalty, makes her a wonderful choice for adoption. Kai is approx 4.5 months old, as of Wednesday 12/3 he was still losing molars. He is super friendly and cuddly, melting into the arms of anyone that he can get to give him pets. Kai is very intelligent & extremely food motivated, making him a quick learner. He was found in Lynnwood and brought to a shelter, after he was following a stranger. Unfortunately we are unable to keep Kai as another pet in the home has made it impossible. We are currently able to keep them separate; however accommodations are temporary & need to rehome him ASAP. We do not want to return him to a shelter where he would sit in a cage, he is far too sweet and loving. Kai is house broken, crate trained, knows sit, stay and lay down. Kai has been exposed and does well with dogs, cats & horses. Kai has recently done Embark DNA test & expect results in approx 2 wks. Price negotiable.

I had a rough start in life and was found abandoned in the mountains in Sonora, Mexico (hence my name) with a head injury and very sick as a puppy. Some vacationing hikers found me and brought me back to the US to take care of me. I'm healthy now and ready for adoption.I'm not always the easiest dog to manage, but I've had formal training and a few foster families to help me learn how to behave in a home. I've learned a lot, but still have some learning to do. I'm very smart so I know I can continue to learn more.I love running around, cuddling and playing with other dogs. I'm very high energy, love to go on walks, but can be reactive to triggers when on leash. Another dog in the home would be great, but that dog would need to be able to handle my energy level. I need a yard to get my daily zoomies in.If I'm going to be left alone, I need to be confined in a dog proof area or in a crate. I'm not suited for apartment life. I can be shy with strangers at first, but I'm quick to fall in love with most people. Although I've been supervised around young children and did great with them, I tend to jump and play nip when excited so would do best in a dog experienced adult home.I might do ok with cats. A couple of the foster homes had cats and I ignored them or left them alone, but I was never unattended with them.If you're looking for an active great gal and can give me the structure and environment that I need to thrive, please put in an application to meet me. Cute right? This adorable guy is Sensei and he is finally ready to start the search for a forever home. Ironically enough, Sensei actually needs a sensei or in another words...a teacher. We aren't sure he has a lick of training but we know an experienced and calm owner could do wonders with him. He has mellowed a lot in the last few weeks, a far cry from the emaciated wild child that showed up from the animal shelter. Honestly, he was tough to handle and all over the place at first but he has settled in and become a willing student. We aren't sure if he has any doggie social skills yet but we do know he has some reactivity on leash (common in our breed) so he will need a little work in order to go for walks in the neighborhood. He won't be the right addition for a lot of people but for the right home, Sensei could be an amazing companion. Affectionate, smart and perfect for people who love to be active...absolutely full of potential.

Angie is an adorable Dobie mix with a heart of gold. She originally came to us very pregnant so she needed time to safely have and raise her pups. Now she is spayed and ready for a new start in life. She’s just under 50 pounds, all natural (floppy ears and long tail), good with other dogs and very sweet with people. It’s hard to tell if she can live with cats because she certainly seems inclined to chase. Angie has enough energy and athleticism for the active folks out there but she’s not non-stop activity so she can have down time too. She was guessed to be between 14 months and 2 years old. *We try to keep our posts up-to-date but there may be more dogs available for adoption than we have shared here.
