Story
Where are our Rottie lovers?? Yes, we know she is a mix but she is beautiful! Blossom is a 1–2-year-old, 45 pound, black and tan, Rottweiler / Shepherd mix? She came out of the orchards that is a popular dumping ground. Thankfully, she sought help from a nice family that has fostered for AFC before! She is a very smart girl and AFC appreciates the foster family. She is shy but sweet. Can you help her blossom into her best self? She appears to be leashed trained and walks well on the leash. She rides well in the car. We don’t know anything about her past but we want to be sure she has a great future! She is an indoor dog and needs outside privileges. Please be a home owner with a securely fenced yard. Breed / Medium size dog experience is preferred. Unknown with cats. She is scheduled to be spayed but we are looking for her home now. She is microchipped and currently vaccinated. Blossom is waiting to join you for all life’s adventures! Story
This handsome fella is named Dexter! He is a Rottweiler mixed with maybe Retriever. We estimate that he was born around June of 2023, so he is still a puppy. He was found as a stray and no owner came forward for him, sadly. We don't know his background, but he's such a fun pup with a big head full of love. We have given him first vaccines, microchipped him, and neutered him, so he is ready to go home with a Rottie loving family! $300.00 adoption includes cost of care. Please visit our website www.petsnpals.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

Story
Bandit is the perfect combination of sweet and shy that makes your heart melt. While his pictures make him look big, he is actually a pocket sized rottweiler mix at about 55 pounds. He loves his trusted humans unconditionally and wants to shadow you whenever he can. Bandit is guaranteed to add lots of love, kisses and cuddles to your life. Where there is warmth you will find Bandit; warmth from the sun, from a heater, from a fur friend or from a human. He sometimes thinks he’s a lap dog and will plop himself on your lap for a nap, taking comfort in being with his human. He loves to play with his foster sister and sometimes looks quite goofy, which just adds to his charming personality. He is crate-trained, fully house-trained and walks well on a leash. He is highly treat motivate and is learning in foster care to do things like sit, lay down, stay, be a gentleman, and wait. Bandit has lived with small dogs, dogs his size, adult men, and adult women and has done well with all. He does take a moment to warm up to new people, sounds, and places but generally his reaction to these new scary things is to cower a little. Once he has warmed up, he loves to give his new friends kisses and cuddles. Bandit is always happy to see his humans when they come home and gives you all smiles. It is truly heartwarming to be part of his journey and to see his growth as a fearful dog. Bandit has been failed multiple times and was almost euthanized at Stanislaus Animal Services due to overcrowding and because everyone would pass right by this scared boy shaking in his kennel. Bandit deserves his forever family. If that might be you, be sure to fill out an adoption application: https://betterworldrescue.org/adoption-application/ Upon receipt of your application, one of our passionate volunteers will call you within one business day to answer any questions and schedule a meet. All Better World Rescue dogs qualify for complimentary private and/or group training in order to ensure a successful adoption.

Story
Hershey is the ultimate lover and cuddle boy. He wants to be with you and loved on! If you are sitting in a chair, he will either have his head on your lap or paw wrapped around your knee like he is hugging you. Hershey loves rubber toys and balls, but he really loves humans most of all! Hershey is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. All Better World Rescue dogs qualify for complimentary private and/or group training to help ensure a successful adoption. If you would like to meet Hershey to see if he is a good fit for your family, please fill out our adoption application: www.betterworldrescue.org/adoption-application Upon receipt of your application, one of our passionate volunteers will call you within one business day to answer any questions and schedule a meet. Hershey is crate-trained and is fine being home alone for a while. Hershey is working on leash training and will need a family committed to helping him be his best self on the leash. Hershey is currently learning come, sit, and stay. Hershey is always very excited to see all humans, so his foster family is working on him jumping up in joy on his favorite people. Hershey is working on his house-training and is doing well with strict supervision. Hershey currently lives with a female rottweiler, young male Dutch shepherd, a senior shepherd that does not like to be bothered, and a 3 month old puppy. He is a true social butterfly in the dog world and gets along with just about everyone. He loves to be brushed, wiped down. Tolerated bath well and thought getting towel dried was a fun game. Loves treats just doesn't want to work for them in a toy.

Story
OMG is this one precious girl….Paris is a four month old female Boxer/Shepard mix puppy. At this time she weighs 19 lbs. and we expect she could get to be 51 - 62 lb. when she is fully grown. She is full of energy and curiosity. She loves to play with other dogs. She is good with kids too. Paris likes all kinds of toys and Tug of War is one of her favorite games. She will definitely need a home with a yard to run around in and burn off some of her puppy energy. When she is finished with her puppy shots, walks will also be a must. If hiking is your thing, Paris would be a great companion to go exploring with. If you love the beach, then bring her along for the fun. And when the day is done, Paris is there to snuggle up with her best friend for a movie and a piece of popcorn too! Paris is currently staying in a foster home to help her learn about family life so she will be ready for her forever home. Paris is current on her vaccinations is micro-chipped and is scheduled to spayed. If you're looking to add lots of love and enjoyment to your life, Paris just might be exactly what you are looking for!
