You can apply for Taz at https://ladyluckanimalrescue.wufoo.com/forms/canine-adoption-agreement-and-application/ &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Taz is a 4 year old Purebred Male Rottweiler. He was found as a stray in Palm Beach County and wound up at the shelter. We rescued Taz and brought him directly to our vet for treatment, because he tested positive for heartworms (which is NOT contagious and he is currently being treated for) and needed entropion surgery on his eyes. Entropion is an uncomfortable condition where the eyelashes are inverted and irritate the cornea. Taz had entropion surgery and his eyes have been surgically healed and require no further intervention or treatment. Taz is a gentle giant. He weighs 88 lbs and you can walk him on a leash with your pinky finger. He loves to lean into you for snuggles and pets. He is a great kisser! He is fully potty trained, he is not destructive and just an absolute pleasure to be around. He is good with other dogs and has been cat tested and was not reactive, although proper introduction will be required. Taz is Neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. Story
Hope is a 2 to 3 year-old purebred Rottweiler with a gentle patient nature and a heart full of love. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs currently fostered with. She shows no sign of aggression and enjoys her daily neighborhood walk. She walks well on a leash with minimal pulling and has response of an eager to please. Hope waits commonly for her meals, sits patiently till released with plenty of drool of course. She is currently learning the joys of being a dog for the first time and has made amazing progress. Her courts include a soft morning howl to say hello and the occasional counter surfing moment... so keep an eye on your dinner. Hope is heartworm positive and undergoing treatment with a full recovery expected. We are currently working on her potty training, as she does still have the occasional accident. She is cat curious on walks with no aggression and the same with children. She is very curious and she doesn’t really know her own strength. So young children are not recommended. She’s ready for a loving committed home where she can continue to shine and feel safe. Oh Charlie 😍 Charlie is a 3 year old Rottie mix. Charlie is fun, loves to go for walks and play. He is smart and knows basic commands like sit, heel, down and come. He is kennel trained. He seems to love children. He will require slow introductions to new people but bonds well with his trusted people. He loves some good butt and back scratches and did we mention he is just SO DARN CUTE. His ideal home would be a couple he could slowly be introduced to. He has a protective nature, so someone with rottie/guardian breed experience would be ideal. He has been friendly with other social, friendly dogs. This sweet boy is very well mannered, gentle and mellow. He has entropion of both eyes, and will be receiving the surgery to correct this. Zane (fka Ribeye) has not been tested with children at this point in time, so we do not know how he would do with them. He can sit for treats and loves to be pet. Zane became very sick with an upper respiratory infection while at the shelter and needed out. Thankfully he was saved by Anything's Pawsible Animal Rescue. Taz is a 10 years old, Pitbull, Rottweiler mix. He is not friendly with other pets and has no experience with children, so zero children. He is super affectionate, obedient, intelligent and sensitive. He loves routine, it actually suits him because of his age. He is house broken, a huge lover, cuddler and dancer and he loves to watch TV. I can't have him because of the fact that there are so many dogs here and the fact that he's in a tiny apartment, which where I live and the building does not allow for more than one dog for the unit size that I have. I have two dogs, although getting him to love my girl dog was a lengthy and stressful process, they are now inseparable, so it is possible for him. The fact that he is not friendly with other dogs is a constant risk every single time I walk him. He is NOT aggressive, he was simply never socialized as a puppy (he was initially my X fiancs dog). When he sees other dogs he cries and sometimes barks. He's gotten soooooo much better with the barking, as I have been consistently working on training and conditioning him as best as I can. He is always wagging his tail when he sees the other dogs, I think he just doesn't know how to act because of the fact that he was not socialized. He's just such a sweet and such a good boy! Adoption fee is $100 and includes DHPP & rabies vaccinations heartworm testing spayed/neutered, deworming and microchip. All animals are examined by a veterinarian.
