Once he feels comfortable, he quickly comes out of his shell and will absolutely shower you with love and affection. He gets along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine buddy. We're not quite sure how he feels about kids or cats just yet, so slow, thoughtful introductions would be best. Kinger is highly motivated by treats and loves his toys, which makes bonding with him both easy and fun! Happy, playful, very energetic boy! Very well potty trained. 10-14 months old. All dogs and puppies come spayed and neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fees are $75.00 for adult dogs and $100.00 for puppies at the time of adoption. Our adoptions are done by approved applications, so you must apply and be approved before being able to meet any of our dogs or puppies. To be approved, you can apply online at: https://www.storycountyiowa.gov/1486/Adoption-Application or you can apply in person. Applications can take a few business days to be approved and you will be emailed with communications regarding your application.

And I am one of them, but I am THE CUTEST, tHE SMARTEST and the HAPPIEST of ALL of them :) Penelope is my name and it may be a little of challenge to spell it but there is no other challenge with me ;) I have been treated for my cherry eyes (no not like the topping of a sundae :) and my heart worms and now it is OUR TIME! I am sweet and cuddly and loving and will LET YOU KNOW when you need to love on me more :D I am great with other dogs and love to play play play!! I am a solid 70# girl and just the right size for lap dog antics and just a little smooshing in for attention! I am ready for you, but are YOU ready for me???? Adopt me soon!!
