Hi there, my name’s Beans! I’m a 3-year-old Rottie mix… at least that’s what they tell me. The volunteers at the rescue say that I may have a herding breed mixed in me—have you heard me talk? I’ve got lots to say and plenty of energy to go with it!I’m a super friendly guy who loves people and having dog buddies to run around with outside. Seriously, if there’s running, I’m in. If there’s playing, I’m in. If there’s fun happening… I’m already there. I’ve got a big personality and I don’t really believe in slowing down, so I hope you’re ready to keep up!I should probably mention, I can be a bit vocal when I’m excited (and I get excited a lot), so I’d do best in a home without shared walls. I just have a lot of thoughts to share with the world!The humans here are still getting to know me, so we’re not totally sure how I feel about all dogs or kids yet. Because of that, I’d love to meet everyone first—both human and furry—to make sure we’ll be a good fit.If you’re looking for a fun, outgoing, full-of-life best friend who will keep you on your toes and make you smile every day… I might just be your guy. And I am one of them, but I am THE CUTEST, tHE SMARTEST and the HAPPIEST of ALL of them :) Penelope is my name and it may be a little of challenge to spell it but there is no other challenge with me ;) I have been treated for my cherry eyes (no not like the topping of a sundae :) and my heart worms and now it is OUR TIME! I am sweet and cuddly and loving and will LET YOU KNOW when you need to love on me more :D I am great with other dogs and love to play play play!! I am a solid 70# girl and just the right size for lap dog antics and just a little smooshing in for attention! I am ready for you, but are YOU ready for me???? Adopt me soon!!
