His ideal home would be a person with Rottweiler knowledge, a fenced backyard, someone he can go on adventures, like hiking with, he loves going jogging, he goes 3-4 times a week now. He knows sit, stay leave-it, kennel, he is house trained and is working on leash manners. He is often shy at first but warms up quickly with a squeaky toy. My adoption fee is $200

Russet Potato Hi my name is Russet Potato. I was named that because my favorite place to hang out is the couch. I love to snuggle and I especially love blankets. I have a favorite blanket I like to take from room to room. I've had a bit of a rough start to life but I will be your bestie if you let me. It would be amazing to be the only dog in the home. I really like to be the center of attention. I will compete for it if I'm not. I also really love to play ball. It would be the coolest thing in the world if I could get my very own backyard where I could play ball all the time. When I go to the dog park that's all I want to do. Car rides are not my favorite. They stress me out but I'm practicing. If you're looking for someone to veg on the couch with and watch Netflix all day long I'm your guy. Let's be besties.

Sakura is about 4 years old. We’ve had her since a puppy and knew the parents. She is a dog who loves to play and loves to chase squirrels and any other wild life. She plays well with cats, kids and dogs. Sakura would benefit from a home with a backyard or at least a couple good walks a day. She gets excited when it’s time to walk or eat. She is house trained and usually doesn’t have accidents. She hasn’t been formally trained but she does follow simple commands. She would be a great addition to any family. She loves living with another dog and gets along with our three cats very well. She recently had a UTI which we addressed with the VCA clinic in Salem where she’s been seen before.

Meet Midnight! Midnight is an 8-week-old female Rottweiler/Black Labrador mix who is ready to find the forever family that will love her through every stage of life! Midnight’s journey started in Oklahoma, where her mom, Azalea, was found hanging around a neighborhood. Azalea was incredibly friendly, and thankfully, a kind person decided to take her in so she would no longer have to live on the streets. Not long after finding safety, Azalea gave birth to eight adorable puppies—including Midnight! Caring for a mama and eight growing puppies is a lot for anyone to take on, so the person who helped Azalea reached out to The Asher House for support. We were happy to welcome the entire family, and now Azalea and all eight of her babies are safe, loved, and getting ready for their next chapters. Midnight is a happy, playful little girl who is eager to experience all the good things life has to offer. She is dog, cat, and kid friendly and would love a home where she can continue to socialize, build confidence, and grow alongside a family of her very own. Like any 8-week-old puppy, Midnight comes with plenty of puppy energy, curiosity, and learning ahead of her! Her future family should be prepared for potty training, leash walking, basic manners, socialization, and all of the patience and consistency that go into raising a wonderful canine companion. She may be little now, but she has so much potential! Midnight’s story began because someone saw a friendly mama dog who needed help and chose to give her a safe place to land.
