Weighing in around 70Â㫣 pounds, Thor is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, crate trained, and house trained. Thor is a sweet, smart, and very independent guy who loves going on walks and absolutely loves the water! He is also an escape artist, so his future family will need to keep a close eye on him anytime he is outside. Thor should never be left outside unattended because he is always looking for his next great adventure! Thor has a very high prey drive and needs to be the only animal in the home. He would benefit from continued training to help him learn boundaries and improve his leash manners. Thor is said to be good with kids, but he doesn't always realize just how big he is! Because of his size and enthusiasm, we would want the entire family to come meet him to make sure everyone feels comfortable and is a good fit. Thor does have chronic ear issues due to previous infections and damage, so his adopter should be prepared to continue managing his ears and keeping up with his ongoing needs. I'll perform all sorts of acrobats, even jumping in the air and twisting in every direction to catch a ball! I'm even learning to bring the balls back! I love car (or truck) rides. And I never met a trail that I did not want to explore. I meet everyone at my kennel with either a toy in my mouth or my food bowl. I am so happy to show them off to everyone. I have a full body wiggle when my favorite people are coming to get me out for a walk. I like other dogs with proper introductions. When I find a dog I like, I'll run & play until we're both dizzy with exhaustion. I'm a true "ladies man and would thrive in a home with another delightful female companion. I can be a bit shy at first, but then turn on that southern charm. I need an experienced owner and I need to be introduced to strangers slowly. But once I trust, I will enjoy cuddling in your lap. If you are willing and able to put the time into training me I will be sure to do my best to learn. Like most Rotties, I form strong bonds with those I love. I'm what they call a "diamond-in-the-ruff who will make a great life-long companion. I have been waiting a long time for my forever home. Loving, loyal, full of life. Come meet me!

Kassie is a beautiful 12-month-old female Rottweiler from Wright Family Rottweilers in Cleveland, Ohio. She was originally purchased for $4,000 with full breeding rights. I bought her with the intention of starting a breeding program here in Virginia, but after becoming an over-the-road truck driver, I no longer have the time to give her the attention she deserves.Kassie is house-trained and has an excellent temperament. She is great with children and other dogs, listens very well, and is eager to learn. She's still in her playful puppy stage, full of energy and personality, but she's also very intelligent and easy to train. She has a strong working drive, picks up new commands quickly, and is truly a gorgeous example of the breed.I'm looking for a loving home where she can get the time, attention, and care she deserves.
