Story
Paolo is such a cool and sweet kitty. He greets everyone who enters the room and looks like he is saying, "What's up, human?" Paolo is friendly, affectionate, and wants to spend a lot of time with his favorite people. Paolo was returned to the rescue after his owner had to go to a retirement home. He gets along well with the other kitties here, but would benefit from a loving forever home to live out his days in peace and happiness. Paolo has been diagnosed with diabetes, but it has being treated and he is otherwise healthy and leading a normal life.  For more info, call or text DiAnna at 949-759-3646 or email at DiAnna@animalnetwork.org Paolo is being cared for by Community Animal Network, a non-profit organization founded by DiAnna Pfaff-Martin in 1996. C.A.N is a veterinary medical rescue that takes in stray cats and abandoned animals and helps rehabilitate them for life in forever homes. To donate to help cats like Paolo, use our PayPal link: www.PayPal.Me/CommunityAnimal Or Mail checks to: Community Animal Network P.O. Box 8662 Newport Beach, CA 92658 The founder of Community Animal Network, DiAnna Pfaff-Martin, is very particular about the quality of the animals, vitamins, proper diet and veterinary medical care. Feral kittens are tamed to "pet quality" and rescue cats that are shy are disclosed and termed, "rescue quality" with a lower placement fee. With all adoptions, DiAnna Pfaff-Martin gives valuable information about cat care in a one hour "feline pet-parenting consultation" to adopters. The most current information is made available about how to keep your cat healthy, pet foods, litters and how to make your cat more affectionate. The AVID microchip registration is included in the placement fee and the animals come with a 30 day heath commitment and return policy.        October 29, 2024, 7:02 am

Story
She is an incredibly sweet and sociable kitty who truly loves being around people. She has a very vocal personality and will happily “talk” to you throughout the day, making her such a fun and interactive companion. I recently started a new job, and with my schedule, I feel like I’m not able to give her the time and attention she deserves. It’s really important to me that she goes to a loving home where someone can be present with her, give her affection, and enjoy her playful, talkative nature as much as she deserves.

Story
Nikolai is being adopted through the San Gabriel Valley Animal Advocates. If you are interested in adopting Nikolai, please submit an adoption application at http://www.sgvaa.org and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Your adoption donation allows us to rescue the next kitty from the streets and pay for all their health and medical needs. Most of our adoptable pets live in loving foster homes. We can arrange meet-and-greets with our foster families, at our live-in habitats in the West Covina and El Monte Petcos, as well as at the Huntington Beach (Edinger) PetSmart. SGVAA is an all-volunteer, non-profit rescue organization serving the San Gabriel Valley area. For more information on how you can help your community, please visit: www.sgvaa.org Their Adoption Process If you are interested in any of our adoptable pets or have additional questions, please fill out an adoption application and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Since we are an all-volunteer organization, it may take us within 24-48 hours to respond. Our little fur babies are so adorable that sometimes we get multiple applications for one pet! So if the pet you are interested in is no longer available there is no need to worry! We have plenty of friends who are furry! As part of the adoption process, we screen each new potential owner, and do home visits to ensure that an animal and owner are a good match. Once your adoption application has been approved, we will have you fill out a Pet Promise Certificate (adoption contract) *SGVAA’s adoption donation allows us to rescue the next kitty from the streets and pay for all of their health and welfare needs (spay, neuter, shots, deworming, flea meds, microchip) *We also provide free home delivery of your new kitty/kitties! About This Rescue SGVAA is dedicated to the protection and humane treatment of pets in the San Gabriel Valley area. We encourage people to rescue a homeless animal instead of buying one. Our organization also educates the community on the importance of early vaccinations for fatal and easily preventable diseases. We also advocate spaying or neutering to reduce pet overpopulation. Once an animal is in our care we vaccinate all rescues against disease & provide needed health care, fight pet overpopulation by spaying or neutering all rescues, and provide lifetime shelter and care to any rescued animal that is not adopted. Come Meet Their Pets Most of our adoptable pets live in loving foster homes. For interested adopters, we can arrange meet-and-greets with our foster families, at our live-in habitats in the West Covina and El Monte Petcos, as well as at the Huntington Beach (Edinger) Petsmart. Story
He’s about 2 years old and has his shots. He’s not neutered. Very playful and loves to cuddle. He’s pretty chill but will get zoomies every so often. He’s favorite thing to do is look out the window. I took him in about 3 months ago from a friend who unfortunately could not care for him anymore. However I really need to find him a better home due to my apartment being really small and getting really hot during the upcoming summer. I also work long hours and feel bad leaving him home alone for so long. If you’re interested and have a good home and time to give him please contact me. No rehoming fee just want to make sure he goes to good home. I will also give you the litter box, litter, food, and some toys.
