This is Kip, who we believe to be a Mini Schnauzer/Poodle Mix. Kip ended up on the door step of a neighbor during this past cold weather storm. Cold, wet, ungroomed, and matted up, Kip asked our neighbors to take him in. Since they couldn't without risking their bigger dogs hurting poor Kip, we volenteered to take him in until we could reunite him with his family. 4 weeks later, and no luck. Here is some important info about Kip. In short, we believe he needs a home that has the time and patience to help Kip past the trauma he has been put through. In these short 4 weeks he has quickly become my right hand man. so he is capable. -Schnauzer/Poodle Mix. -Around 1 year old. -Not fixed. -99% Angel, 1% Demon. -Hates collars and harnesses. Past trauma. -Occasionally territorial. Growls and Bites. -Very loving most of the times. -Barks only at passerby’s. Mostly quiet. -Indoor dog. Let me know if you guys know anybody that is interested. Located near Lodi. I can deliver if need be.

Are you looking for an adorable poodle? Jesse is an energetic, affectionate, playful and loving mini poodle who came to Jelly's Place from Mexico. If we had to summarize Jesse in one word it would be joyful. Jesse LOVES to go for walks, to roll around on the couch and get belly rubs. He likes playing with plushy toys and snuggling into his blanket or dog bed. He also loves chasing balls, the bigger the better. We think Jesse is a big dog is a small dog's body. Jesse is NOT a first time adopter dog. His ideal family would be a single person or couple with dog experience. Jesse would prefer to be the only animal in the family, but we don't think that is too much to ask. Jesse has so much love to give and will thrive in the right home! Jesse is UTD on vaccines, microchipped and neutered. Applications are being accepted and qualified applicants will be contacted. Half of Jesse's adoption fee is sponsored by a Jelly's volunteer.

Happy is a very sweet boy! He's playful, loving and eager to please. This adorable guy is just 2 years old and full of love to give. Happy likes the company of other dogs but hasn't yet been cat tested. Happy is currently in a foster home, where he is going for daily walks, lounging in the garden, and hanging out in the kitchen waiting for snacks. Happy is a calm boy and thrives with lots of attention, belly rubs, and ear scratches. He is very clever and if left alone in the yard may look for a way to go explore on his own. We expect with enough attention and exercise this will diminish. Happy is current on his vaccines, neutered and microchipped. We are so happy to have our sweet girl Curls with us. After being returned to her owner from the shelter last year, Curls sadly found herself back in the shelter again within a year, this time severely neglected. Once her painful mats were shaved away, she immediately felt like a brand-new lady and her true personality began to shine. Curls gets along well with other dogs and would love a canine friend to play with. She is also okay with cats. She adores her toys, has a hearty appetite, and is house-trained, including knowing how to use training pads. She has just the right amount of sass, is incredibly affectionate, and is an absolute delight. While Curls isn’t a fan of car rides, this is easily managed with medication. She prefers not to wear a harness or sweaters, but makes up for it with endless charm and love. Curls is 10 years old and weighs 8–10 pounds, and she’s ready to charm her way into the heart of a lucky family.
