Looks like: Shar-Pei mix Female, 13 years old (estimated), 34 pounds There's just something about a smooshy pup that's so loveable, and China is just the smooshiest! We're not even quite sure this little lady is truly a dog, she may actually be a miniature hippopotamus! This sweet girl can be a little shy at first, but once she's comfortable, her curious and playful nature comes out. She loves to run around with a toy -- and watch those socks and slippers, China will gladly relocate them for you. Whether you want to spend the day at home alternating between naps and playtime or plan to hit the open road, China is your perfect companion. She loves to be with people so a household with a regular schedule would be ideal for her. China has lots of life and activity still to live and greets each morning with a happy dance. She does have some arthritis, so it's recommended that she have more frequent short walks rather than going on longer hikes. This loving pup loves being around other friendly dogs, and so far, seems indifferent to children and cats. This squishy sweetheart came to POMDR when her senior guardian sadly had to move into hospice care and could not take China with her.

He's just bursting with love, and he'd love to share it all with you. Chili wants to be your adventure partner, always ready to greet life with a happy snort. With Chili by your side, you can take on the world together. Chili has been working on self-improvement when it comes to leash walking and potty training, but he's already been making great strides. We're excited to talk to you about tools for success. Although Chili would do best in a home without any kitties, he would love to have a puppy pal by his side. He adores his snuggle sessions with his doggy companion in his current foster home. Chili has also done well living with older children, but we have not yet seen him with young ones. Momo came to our rescue when his owner passed away due to Covid-19. Momo is a little guy around 30 pounds and nine years old. He gets along well with other dogs, and has been a great older dog with younger foster mates. He truly is a gem of a dog, and loves to curl up in a bed and look up at you with soulful eyes. We are looking for a home that would love a senior guy who has such a zest for life and a lot of spunk left in his step! Because he had undergone a specialized surgery, his diet was difficult to manage for the family, dealing with grief. He has been with us about a year as we managed his diet and medication and is finally ready for his next forever home!
