Rescued from a shelter and now thriving in foster care, this squishy-faced sweetheart is equal parts spunky pup and world-class snuggler. She is 8-10 weeks old.   She starts her day bright and early at 5:30 AM with a potty break, then dives into a full-on puppy play session with her foster sibling(a Cattle Dog mix) and the resident dogs (a Frenchie and an adult Sharpei). Breakfast rolls out around 6:30 or 7:00, followed by a day full of outdoor adventures, power naps, and toy time. She has access to the backyard throughout the day and loves spending time both inside and outside. In the evenings, she settles into the family room with her crew, playing until she gets sleepy and seeks out a lap for some good old-fashioned cuddles.   When she first arrived, Little Miss Wrinkles was a little unsure, but she quickly came into her own. These days, she’s confident, feisty, and sweet all at once. She’s quick to let the other dogs know if they’re getting too rowdy, but she’s also happy to entertain herself with a toy or curl up next to her favorite human. While not a total Velcro dog, she absolutely becomes one the moment she’s tired—and nobody can resist scooping her up for a cuddle when she gives you those puppy eyes.   She adores other dogs and has formed a special bond with her foster sibling. The two can often be found tearing around the yard, chasing each other, or snuggled up on the biggest dog bed in the house. She’s polite and calm when people walk by the house and hasn’t shown any real interest in squirrels or outside commotion. While she hasn’t yet met kids or cats, her easygoing nature suggests she’ll adapt well with the right introductions.   As a young puppy, Little Miss Wrinkles is still working on house training but is off to a great start. She goes potty outside when taken regularly and will use a pee pad if needed. She sleeps in a large crate at night with potty pads and usually needs to use them. She’s also in the middle of her teething phase and loves chew toys. The occasional digging or chewing pops up when she’s bored, but she’s easily redirected—she’s eager to please and quick to learn.   Little Miss Wrinkles is playful, energetic, and full of life—zooming one minute, passed out the next. She hasn’t started leash walks yet, but she’s calm and curious when people and dogs pass by outside.   She would do best in a home with someone who has dog experience and is ready to commit to training, structure, and socialization. She could thrive with another playful dog or as the center of attention in a home where she won’t be crated or left alone for long periods. She’s happiest when she’s part of the action—whether that’s playtime, snuggle time, or splash time.   And yes—she loves to splash. This little goofball has been caught more than once climbing into her big water bowl and turning it into a makeshift swimming pool. We’re pretty sure she’s part puppy, part mermaid.   With her signature wrinkles, expressive eyes, and irresistible personality, Little Miss Wrinkles is one-of-a-kind—and she’s ready to charm her way into your heart.                    July 12, 2025, 1:25 am

I am in a foster home and not at the shelter. If you are interested in adopting, submit an adoption questionnaire by email. Learn more hereAt 7 years old and 53 pounds, Cappy is a handsome senior with quiet confidence and charm. Currently in foster care, he’s enjoying the comforts of home while he waits for his forever family—and his foster reports he’s an excellent house guest! This sweet boy is house-trained and caught on to his routine quickly. He’ll even let you know when it’s time to go out. His favorite place? Curled up next to his humans on a comfy couch. He sleeps soundly through the night and loves a little sunbathing during the day. Cappy has arthritis, likely from an old injury, so he keeps things low-key. Gentle strolls, soft beds, and lots of love are all he needs. He’s great on leash and enjoys short “sniffaris” around the block. When it comes to other dogs, Cappy is generally calm and polite with those his size, though he might be too much for smaller pups. With slow introductions, or as your one-and-only, he’ll shine. If you’re looking for a laid-back, loving companion with soulful eyes and a wise, sweet spirit, Cappy could be your match. Story
Gus is the definition of chill. When he's not trying his best to sit in your lap or rest his head against you, he's most likely sun bathing or bird watching. He was extremely tolerant and respectful of our large high-energy shepherd. He is crate trained and will often go in his crate on his own when bedtime comes around, as well as being very respectful of our space whenever we needed a break or were busy. He is not reactive at all on leash and was extremely respectful of any dogs we met in public. Gus would be perfect for a homebody or family who want a loyal companion to enjoy cuddle time.
