I'm initially shy when I meet new people, but I warm up. I can be a bit clingy once I get to know them. I'm full of energy and enjoy playing and running outside. You will need to be careful when opening doors as I may try to sneak out and go exploring. I walk well on leash and know the command sit. It's unknown how I would do with another dog or cat. It's noted I'm good with older children. If you're ready and able to give me a lifetime of love and wonderful memories, I promise to fill your life with love, laughter and so much happiness. HI - I'M JULIE! I'm a sweet 10-year-old Shar Pei/American Bully mix in need of a foster or forever home. I've been waiting for about three years for a home and that's a bit sad, but I'm still hopeful my person or people will come along. I only weigh about 52 lbs and am an affectionate snuggle bug. I prefer to be the only dog in the home and prefer people to dogs so would do best with a single person, a couple or a family with older kids. I'm not a fan of cats either, so no kitties for me please. I am in great athletic shape and still love to go for walks and hikes. And I love the water! I also love the fresh air and the feeling of the sunshine on my back. Could you foster or adopt me please?

He weighs around 44 lbs and is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. Despite a tough past—Dirk was injured in a kennel incident with another dog—he remains incredibly sweet and friendly. His right side was shaved for treatment, but he's healing well and his spirit is stronger than ever. Winnie is house trained, friendly with people she knows, and has done well around other dogs in a variety of settings. Winnie already knows several cues using hand signals, including sit, down, and touch, and has been working on learning “middle.” She enjoys learning and benefits from positive reinforcement training that builds trust and confidence. Winnie would thrive in a patient home that respects her boundaries and allows her time to build trust. She has medium-to-high energy, enjoys staying active, and does best with another dog in the home for companionship.
