I had a hard start in life. I escaped euthanasia, but now I am happy and everything is so exciting. I am trainable. I know how to sit and stay. Since I am still a puppy sit right away, so I need someone who is loving, understanding and patient. I am very well crate trained, but I don’t like to be alone too long, or I will get sad. I have high energy because, why waste a minute not smelling something new. Life is too short. I will also love to cuddle up next to you in bed. I am a good walker and love the outdoors. Meet Hank We rescued Hank when we were driving home and spotted a black puppy running back and forth between traffic. We pulled over and he jumped right in our car. We scanned for a chip- nothing. We had Hank vaccinated and he will be microchipped and neutered thru our rescue! His neuter will be covered by Our rescue when he is 6-8 months old. We saw Hampton's picture on Facebook and knew that he belonged in Dawg Squad. But he was way out in San Bernardino! There are some amazing people on Facebook. We put out a plea for help and they lined up to help us get Hampton This is a great little dog. OK he's not so little - he is 75 pounds and 11 months old. He has an English Bulldog /Rottweiler mix. Two of our favorite breeds!! When we pulled him from the shelter, he had two pretty ugly cherry eyes. Our vet took care of those and while they still are a little bit red and swollen, he's going to look awesome in about three weeks! Hampton knows some commands walks nicely on a leash and gets along with other dogs. He is an amazing snuggler and loves to climb up on your lap and chill.
