Camilla is a gorgeous cream shar-pei mix and this girl landed in the shelter after being abandoned in an RV with other dogs. Cami has lived with other dogs, but we've found she would do best as an only dog or a with neutral or submissive male dogs. She is very good with people, and apparently has seen the world (or maybe US) by car/travel. Camilla is about 4 years old, is spayed and had entropion eyelid surgery and has all her vaccines and a microchip. She is about 45 pounds. Story
Smudge is a good boy that ended up with mange and eyelid issues that likely landed him in the shelter. This handsome guy is just over a year old, according to our vet, and is a tad underweight at 43 pounds. Well, his new life is here. He navigated our let's office like a champ on day 1 out of the shelter, greeting strangers like friends! He is being treated for the mange and is expected to have a full recovery with no longer term skin issues. He has also recently been neutered and has had entropion eyelid surgery so he can see his new life beautifully! In the meantime, we have learned he is super friendly, is fine around other dogs (mostly ignores them in favor of people), does get a little queasy in the car (drooling only) and is an all-around gentleman. We will post more as we learn about Smudge. He is fostering in the SF Bay greater area.September 16, 2026, 3:24 pm
