Meet Bee, a 1-year-old Chinese Shar-Pei mix who was rescued as a stray in Miami and brought to Big Dog Ranch to find the loving home she deserves. With her striking features and bold personality, Bee is sure to turn heads—and steal hearts. Bee has a high energy level and needs an active, experienced adopter who understands the unique traits of her breed. Shar-Peis can be strong-willed and independent, and Bee is no exception. She’ll thrive in a home where structure, patience, and ongoing training are part of daily life. She would do best in an adult-only home with someone who has previous experience with both dogs and the Shar-Pei breed. Bee is dog-selective—she can coexist with another dog, but it must be the right match and handled with proper introductions. She’s not good with cats and not suited for a home with children, as she can be extremely mouthy and needs her space respected. Bee is still working on her housetraining and leash manners, but she’s smart and eager to learn, especially with a consistent routine and positive reinforcement. She knows basic commands, and once she trusts you, her affectionate side shines through. She absolutely loves to cuddle, splash in the water, and play with her favorite toys. If you’re a confident, experienced dog owner ready to invest the time and love Bee needs to thrive, she just might be the perfect fit for your home!

Ariel is super sweet, very affectionate & loves attention. He luvs to be included. Has medium energy & little bit of training. He is eager to learn and does so fast. He is a puppy. A family or person home more than not and will give him the time needed to learn is the best match. He is a happy-go-lucky boy. Truly a delight!

Story
Bronco is a one year old English Bulldog. My fiancé and I got him because we thought our 3 year old French Bulldog (Theo) needed a brother and friend. We got bronco when he was 10 weeks old and they immediately got along and were the best of friends. Once bronco hit puberty they started to fight and not get along. We spoke to trainers and tried our best but it is clear that having them in the same home is not what's best for them or us. He has never been aggressive towards any other dog or human and is NOT an aggressive/mean dog. We think it is important that he goes to a home where he is the only dog. He is an angel when it is just him and his human(s) - very loving, silly, cuddly and sweet. He also has an abnormal back and shouldn't play too hard with other dogs or he can tweak it. This has happened only twice and resolved within a few days with rest and meds. Controlled play with his human is the best way to go with him. My number is (xxx) xxx-xxxx .
