All fees listed include transport fees.**Expected transport will be 10/17/25 Meet Dot – Your New Best Friend! 🐾 Dot is a sweet and soulful Shar Pei mix with a heart full of love! This adorable girl is fully grown, weighs in at a 31 pounds, and is estimated to be around 2–3 years old. Dot is the total package—gentle, playful, and incredibly affectionate. She gets along wonderfully with adults, kids, and other dogs, especially in casual settings like walks or group play. (We’re not sure how she feels about cats just yet!) Dot is very food-motivated and already knows commands like “sit,” “go to bed,” and how to settle into her crate. She’s perfectly crate-trained and has never had an accident with us. Her previous foster raved about her house manners and how much she loves to cuddle. Whether she's playing fetch, enjoying a walk, or curling up for snuggles, Dot is happiest when she's with her people. Her dog walker calls her "an absolute joy to be around"—and we couldn’t agree more. If you're looking for a loving, well-mannered companion with the cutest little face, Dot might just be your perfect match! 💕 Interested in becoming a forever home for Dot Pei? Fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we don't go any further without an application. Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws . We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and appreciate you working with us.For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process. Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public in Oklahoma. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed. Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!

Story
Dumpling has waited almost a year in an outdoor Texas shelter for a home! We saw Dumpling's social media post by the shelter and knew we wanted to help her. The shelter she was at is outside with little protection from the elements. November would have been her 1 year in a shelter. - Approximately 2 years old and 22 pounds. She's super petite! - Likely a Shar-Pei mix - Busy, little girl who loves activity. She is not a couch potato pup and would love an adventure home that will take her out and explore and have a fun time. Higher energy, enthusiastic, funny, happy, entertaining little dog! - Thrives with dog friends and loves to play! She has done well with both male and female dogs and also rambunctious puppies. Dumpling lights up when there's another doggie friend to hang with. - Did well on her cat test and we believe she is cat workable. She would sniff the cat and disengage. - Likely fine with children ages 6+. We have not seen her with kids but she is an energetic, gregarious little dog who we think could keep up with kids just fine. - Potty habits have been perfect so far - Will need an adopter willing to continue working on basic manners like not jumping up on people to greet them, basic obedience and waiting at doorways. - Not reactive on leash to people or dogs but can be a little nervous out in public. She is fostered with a dog trainer and gets better and better each day she goes out to practice public outings. - Can be contained in a crate but needs to be lured in with a treat or guided in with a leash. Once she is in, Dumpling is quiet while her person is home. She can cry in the crate if left home alone in it. She sleeps in her crate at night and continues to practice adjusting to the crate on a daily basis. She can fall asleep in the crate. Dumpling is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, dewormed, fecal tested negative, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee includes a free wellness exam at one of our partner vet clinics in Portland, Oregon City, Milwaukie or Tualatin. $250 adoption fee Fostered in Vancouver, Washington APPLY TO ADOPT DUMPLING ON OUR WEBSITE: WWW.AGAVEDOGS.ORG

Story
This is Dani: This spunky girl has so much character! If you look at her videos when she’s trying to play she does this thing where she shakes her head. She sometimes looks like she’s telling me what’s up cause how she does her head nods. She jumps up with excitement like a very tiny bull. She runs around with confidence and loves to explore. The dogs barking at her don’t seem to bother her. She may even be patriotic lol!! 😂 She seemed to take a lot of interest in the flag and our soldier statue. :) Dani is the epitome of "blondes have more fun!!" So if you and your family are looking for a firecracker who loves her country and her friends, adopt her!!! Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Zelda is kind of a silly name for a beautiful girl like me, UNTIL I discovered that I was named after the "Legend of Zelda" :) She is absolutely amazing and really TOUGH. Well the game she is in is the TOUGHEST game EVER :) Ok, well that is what all the preteen boys say about the game, lol.... So Zelda is my name and I IDENTIFY as a tough girl on the outside and a sweet girl on the inside :D I love everyone and play HARD with my friends.I am so very cute too. I am a great sized girl, about 40#, compact and playful... I want a friend or two in my new furever home. I want a nice house, nice bed and maybe even a fireplace?? I don't think that is too much to ask in this weather! I was found on the streets during a "stray count" performed several times a year in San Antonio. I was hurt, and the "counter" asked for the rescue to help me and they did!!! I have been hanging here, am healthy and smart and beautiful!! ADOPT ME SOON!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Who's better than the rest-y? That's right, it's me, Betsy! I am a cool Chinese Shar-Pei mixed female with a Tuxedo colored coat and white socks! My facial features even have a cool black and white coloring to them too! I was rescued from a bad hoarding situation alongside my siblings, thing's weren't looking good for us. But our big-hearted rescuers saved us and got us on the road to better care and living great lives! Betsy likes to chew on big bones, occasionally wiggle her ears around, and bark at squirrels. Now we're on our way to finding our forever homes. Learning how to socialize with other dogs, take walks, and play fetch with a ball. Stay tuned for more updates on my journey! This is Betsy signing off! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)
