Story
Piper's a 3.5yr German Shepherd looking for her forever home. When my dad unexpectedly passed away in March, Piper lost her person; she was his constant companion, went everywhere w/him, slept beside him, & adored him. At the time, she was raising her 2nd litter of puppies. All puppies have found homes, & she's now spayed and ready to be somebody's baby. She's loyal, protective, affectionate, and happiest with her people. Loves: car rides, couch cuddles, playing, and being included in whatever's happening.House trained, crate trained, rides well in the car, good with children and dogs, has previously lived with cats. A securely fenced yard is important, as she enjoys exploring and can be a little too confident about taking herself on adventures. Piper has flea allergies requiring regular oral prevention and may need Cytopoint. If I wasn't already sharing an 800 sq ft rental with 3 other large dogs, she'd be staying with me. She deserves a family to love her as much as she'll love them.

Loyal dog very attached to his owner. However, the owner now has TBI and can no longer provide consistent care. Tried re-homing through the humane society but he displayed too much separation anxiety in their kennel environment. He used to have a stable loving home so he's a sweet boy that's had to watch his owner experience personality changes. It's been difficult to manage alone. He's up to date on his rabies vaccine. He's a bone dog who will sit and chew one for hours if you let him. He is very strong however so I'd recommend a home with a sturdy fence line and a steel kennel if you plan to kennel him, the wire ones just bend to his will as he's never been fond of being caged and likes to test the limitations when your not looking. He's smarter than he seems, likes to pretend he doesn't know what you are asking him to do while he stalls to look for food or a toy. He's got a natural prey drive towards smaller animals like chickens but is really great with kids and other dogs.

Story
Say hello to Scooby. Scooby is truly the best of boys—smart, incredibly loyal, and happiest when he’s making his people smile (and getting a few cuddles along the way). His biggest goal in life is simply to be close to his family and be a good companion. We are rehoming Scooby because he cannot come with us to where we are moving. If we could keep him, we absolutely would, which should tell you everything you need to know about how special he is. Scooby is 5 years old, and we have had him for a little over two and a half years. During that time he has lived comfortably with cats and several other dogs—at one point his best friend was a very small dog. He has also lived in a family home with children and does great with kids of all ages. He loves to play, go on walks, and spend time with his people. Scooby is also comfortable being home on his own when needed. While he no longer uses one, he was crate trained in the past and did well with it.
