Story
McBorkasaurus Rex is a three-year-old pit bull–type pup with a black-and-white coat, a growing waistline, and a personality that’s just as memorable as his name. He came to the shelter emaciated, but he’s been steadily gaining weight (currently 54 lbs)—turns out, regular meals really do the trick! These days, McBorkasaurus Rex is all about food and isn’t shy about showing it—he absolutely loves mealtime and will proudly carry his food bowl around like his most prized possession. It’s as adorable as it is hilarious. While he may be a bit nervous when first meeting new people, McBorkasaurus Rex quickly warms up and shows his friendly, sweet nature. He would do best in a home as the only dog, where he can feel secure and soak up all the attention. With continued care, patience, and plenty of snacks, this lovable goofball is well on his way to becoming a happy, healthy, and devoted companion. The dog adoption fee is $110. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DAPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas. Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online. If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510. Story
Meet Ooh-La-La, a 2-year-old-ish beauty with a name as fun as her personality. This 49-pound tan-and-white girl may be a shepherd or cattle dog mix (or a little bit of both), and she’s got that classic smart, observant energy to match. Ooh-La-La can be a bit shy and standoffish when you first meet her—she likes to take her time getting to know new people and surroundings. But give her a little patience and space, and you’ll see her blossom into a wiggly, playful, and affectionate companion who’s full of charm.Once she trusts you, Ooh-La-La is all about fun and connection—think happy zoomies, bright eyes, and a goofy, lovable streak. She’d do best in a home that understands her need for a gentle introduction to new things and can continue building her confidence. Because of her sensitive nature, she’s probably not the best fit for a home with small children. With the right person, though, Ooh-La-La will be an incredibly loyal and joyful companion—the kind of dog who makes you feel extra special once you’ve earned her heart. The dog adoption fee is $110.
