When Trafalgar first arrived at the shelter, he was very shy and unsure of his new surroundings, but with a little time and patience, his true personality has begun to shine. Once he feels safe, he’s gentle, affectionate, and eager to connect—proof that a soft heart lives under that cautious exterior.Now that he’s warming up, Trafalgar loves to play and enjoys spending time with people who move at his pace. He’ll do best with an adopter who understands that confidence comes with consistency, kindness, and reassurance. She walks pretty well on leash, though if she’s excited about where you’re headed, she may add a little enthusiasm to the journey—nothing some gentle guidance and practice won’t polish up.Once Lola warms up, it’s game over in the best way. She is a full-contact love bug who will absolutely climb into your lap (all 80 pounds of her) and deliver enthusiastic, heartfelt kisses like she’s making up for lost time. This is a very hard decision made with love. Versace and Nawab have been raised as family and are deeply loved. Versace is a 5-year-old pitbull who is a big baby at heart. He is sweet, gentle, affectionate, and loves hugs, cuddles, couches, beds, and sleeping on soft sheets. He dislikes hard floors and prefers comfort. He is calm, people-oriented, and emotionally attached. He has sensitive skin and allergies, so regular showers and coconut oil care are important. Nawab is a 3-year-old husky who is loving, kind, and gentle. He seeks attention, enjoys howling, does not bite, is not aggressive, and has a calm temperament for a husky. He loves hugs, snuggles, cuddling, food, and being around people.They are bonded like brothers. Adoption together is preferred,but individual adoption will be considered. Due to having a toddler and pregnancy, I can no longer provide the care large dogs need.Inside home only. No chains or backyard. Regular walks needed. Meet & greet required. Loving home only

I will do best as single companion dog  (if adopted out of local area) but I can have doggie friends that I meet.  My best friend at the Shelter is Jasper, a Pointer if you want two dogs..   I am a great  companion for an active family with women (two girlfriends/two life partners/mother and daughter....get my drift?)  in the home and a secure 6 ft fence, children over 12 years of age.  I can get used to kind/soft personality men without facial hair and do not wear a uniform.  Did I mention I LOVE WOMEN! Bully breed mix experience is required.  I am an indoor dog.  I like walk/hikes, toys, dog beds and lounging with human women.     No apartments or rentals. No cats! We are looking to rehome our 2 year old dog, Olive. She is a papered grey and white American Bully born February of 2023. She is crate trained, house broken and has some basic training. Minimal leash training. Has been spayed. Up to date vet records and shots. Has microchip. She needs to be an only dog without any small animals. High prey drive, so no cats. Great with older kids but will run over littles. Olive is so sweet with her people. She loves intensely and will share all of your blanket. She will eat soft toys like stuffies and ropes. Loves to play fetch and chew on bones or antlers.
