Story
I got Lilo around 6 years ago from an abusive home. She has since opened up and become a quirky girl. She loves her zoomies but can sometimes play a little rough and her past is still very traumatic for her. She is very sweet and loving but has a small temperament and some food aggression that I’ve been working on since I got her. What I’m looking for in a new home for her is someone who is active and loves going on walks or exercising. Someone who doesn’t currently have animals as she can try to be dominant and doesn’t know when to let another dog be alpha. She has lived with other dogs but she was the alpha and the other dogs didn’t challenge that. She has slight separation anxiety and is kennel trained. She would be best in a home where there is someone there majority of the time. I work full time and she does fine by herself at home in her kennel, I have cameras where I can watch her throughout the day as well. I’m rehoming due to not getting along with our other dog.

Story
I have two dogs. One German shepherd, and one husky. They have been together since they were both less than 4 months old and I’d like them to stay together. They are about 6.5 years old. And they are both non aggressive toward people. Ghost is a white husky, he loves to lick you and get attention. He also loves to dig, and he loves soft toys. He likely is only good with other dogs around his size. Damu is a German shepherd who also loves attention. He loves to get pet on his belly. He is harmless, but will bark at people he does not know. He is likely good with post other pets, but unknown. They have lived both inside and outside and outside and are crate trained. I am rehoming them because unfortunately I don’t have the time to give them the proper attention they deserve. I would like the to go to a home that can give them more attention and consistent walks.

Story
Scout was born in February of 2019. She is a female husky (75%) and German Shepherd. We bought her from a breeder. My dream home for her would be someone with a good sized back yard who has enough time to give her the attention she deserves. Unfortunately, we are no longer to able to do that and even though it was a hard decision, we decided it was best for her happiness. As other huskies do, if you don’t get her energy out then she will get destructive. She doesn’t howl as much as a regular husky does. She does this growl sound when she wants to play. She doesn’t understand how big she is so she sometimes knocks over our little children but it’s not on purpose. She gets the zoomies a lot. I would not trust any small animals around her. She has killed many many birds, rats, squirrels, and one cat. She does good with other dogs. She has annoyed other dogs because of how much she wants to play and when other dogs snap at her she goes away or becomes submissive.

Story
Nitro is a 4 year-old male born April 11, 2021. He is a loving sweet pup.. Very friendly. He has been raised in a family home. He gets along with familiar dogs, unknown if he gets along with cats. He is up-to-date on all shots. He has not neutered. Crate, trained, and fully housebroken. Not aggressive at all super mellow personality. We use a mobile groomer for years now he behaves really well and loves to be groomed. Loves to lay at your feet or just follow you around. Loves treats and attention. Walks well on a leash. Our son has severe allergies to him and it has increasing become worse over the years. We no longer can have him in the home. We are looking for a loving home with kids or without. Urgent rehoming is needed unfortunately if we cannot find a home soon we will need to bring him to a local animal shelter and we’ve been posting everywhere to look for a suitable home for over six months. If you think you can give him a loving home, please reach out.

Story
Barley is a survivor! This resilient boy has been through more than his fair share, including being on the euthanasia list TWICE, but thanks to the love of his foster family, he’s finally learning what it means to be safe, cared for, and happy. Barley's striking coat gets him noticed right away! He is a handsome brindle Dutch Shepherd/Akita mix who is around 4 years old. His sweet face and deep chocolate eyes hook passersby right away, but it takes a little bit of effort to win over his affection, and rightfully so, since he has been abandoned by owners multiple times. He loves a good squeaky toy, but may reject your attempts to win him over with treats. Now thriving in his foster home, Barley enjoys the simple pleasures—sniffing around the yard, playing with his foster human and dog siblings, and soaking in every bit of affection he can get. He gets along with other dogs and is learning that people can be kind and trustworthy. Barley cannot be in a home with small animals, especially chickens or cats, and should not be homed with small children since he is a bit unpredictable. He also needs to be in a home that is aware of his opportunist behaviors - like going through open doors or finding holes in fences. If he finds a spot, he turns into Forest Gump, and RUNS! Akitas are famous for their protective nature, and Barley has demonstrated some of these qualities...he is not fond of strangers in his house and should be kept tight on a leash when he is out and about. Barley would do best in a calm, understanding home with people who believe in second chances as much as he does. He doesn’t need perfection—just someone who will continue to help him grow and love him for who he is. Barley is neutered, UTD on vaccinations, and is microchipped.
