Ascot Ryan came to us from a breeding kennel who relinquished him by no fault of his own. He simply got too old for a pet store. This is an extremely sweet boy who is good with people & other dogs. He would benefit from some basic obedience and confidence building because he is a puppy. He has never been in a home and everything is new to him. His birth date is 05/06/23 and he currently weighs 4.5#. No small children please due to his small size. He will be groomed before adoption and require grooming for life. He has been vet. checked, neutered, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. His adoption donation is $800 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card. There is a 3% processing fee when using a debit/credit card.  Any extra funds collected in his adoption donation not used for his vetting, will go into our general vetting fund for other dogs in need. Fluffy’s person surrendered him to our center saying they didn’t want to take care of him anymore. He’s a senior dog and needs extra care and really depended on his person to be there for him. Now, he’s completely heartbroken. Fluffy has a collapsed trachea, a grade 5 heart murmur, and an ulcer affecting his eye. His care can be managed, but he needs a special person who will see him through. He is very sweet and friendly. He can be around other dogs, ideally other seniors, or gentle canines that understand he hasn’t got a lot of desire to play.
