Pepper is an adorable 10-year old Shih Tzu. He was surrendered to Rico when his senior owner could no longer care for him. Pepper is a wonderful little guy! He likes to go on short walks. He has no accidents in the house and is fully potty trained! Pepper is very sweet with people and just wants a lap to sit on. Pepper walks well on a leash. Pepper loves being talked to. He likes cats and friendly dogs of all sizes as long as he can be out of the way if playtime get rough or unpredictable. Pepper will go in the crate but his feelings get hurt. Nadia is a beautiful Shih Tzu and puppy mill survivor who is ready to begin the next chapter of her life with a loving family of her own. Through no fault of her own, Nadia came into rescue missing one eye. Around here, we like to call our one-eyed pups 'winkers,' and Nadia wears the title proudly! She has adapted wonderfully and doesn't let it slow her down one bit. This happy, active little girl approaches life with enthusiasm and curiosity, always eager to learn something new. Meet Edwin – Your Little Shadow with a Big Heart Edwin is a sweet black Shih Tzu who’s all about the simple joys in life—cuddles, toys, and being close to his people.
