Chewbacca is the sweetest little nugget you'll ever meet who is always at your side snuggled up. He's a terrier though, so he can be feisty walking by other dogs on a leash but he's all bark and no bite. He adores his people and would do best in a home with children, another playful small dog and a family who is home often. He does mark inside on occasion but is housetrained most of the time. Meet Jerry, a lovable guy with a heart as big as his adorable eyes! Jerry is a goofy boy who is sure to bring joy and lots of laughs to your life. With his playful spirit and affectionate nature, he will be your loyal companion through life's adventures. Jerry was rescued from a hoarding situation with 20 dogs in an apartment. Because of this he is a little shy for the first day or 2 but after he warms up he thinks the best spot for him is in your lap! He is still learning the world so be a little patient with him but he will fill your life with lots of love. Jerry is about 2 yrs old and weighs 20 lbs. We don't know what breed he is but our best guess is some type of terrier mix and maybe chihuahua. He is great with other dogs and is crate trained. Jerry is located in Texas. His adoption fee is $195 local or $395 out of state with transport and includes current shots, microchip, neuter and negative heart worm test.
