Teddy has had major changes in her life lately. She was living with her owner for five years when suddenly he had to leave her and she couldn't go with him. She was taken to the shelter which was a very scary experience for her. She had always been the only pet in her home. She will do well as the ONLY pet. Even the smell of other pets on her foster mom, upsets her. She is a fair sized blue point Siamese mix with beautiful sky blue eyes. She is a quiet girl and very inquisitive. She investigates her surroundings and her many toys. She especially likes her catnip carrot and lamb. She also loves chasing a feather on a wand. She is quite playful and will amuse herself if left alone with some toys. She also loves her scratching post and often is on the top shelf gazing out the window. Her eyes are the color of the ocean and her fur is as soft as a bunny. Millie is not a lap cat, she’s too busy running around playing chase with her brother from another mother, Malcolm. They are joined at the hip! Millie loves to chase these little soft, furry balls that are in her toy box and her and Malcolm chase them together, taking them from each other and running the other way! Millie loves pets and she will purr immediately and she doesn’t mind being held for short periods of time. She is very hesitant to approach you but you are able to approach her quietly and she will melt with the love she gets. Millie’s ideal home, with Malcolm of course, is a quiet home with patient parents. Children a bit older should be fine because she doesn’t like fast, unexpected movements that a young child might have. She takes her time getting to know you and follows Malcolm’s lead.
