Starling was found outside abandoned when her owner moved. She had spent much of the last 2 yrs outside even tho owned. Our adoption fees include the cost of spaying/neutering, vaccinations (including rabies for cats / dogs over 4 months of age), flea prevention, worming, FeLV/FIV testing, heartworm test for dogs over 1 yrs old, and microchipping.
