Meet Tofu. Tofu was found as a local stray. A few days later, the rest of his family was also caught. We do believe the family was abandoned. Tofu was shy at first, but took right to the dog in his foster home. We estimate his date of birth to be around the end of February 2026. He definitely has some Siamese in him. Tofu is now neutered, up to date with vaccines for his age and microchipped. He tested negative for Feluk/FIV and is litterbox trained. His adoption fee is $150.00. Meet Rosie. Rosie came to us from ACCT Philly with four kittens. Her kittens have now been weaned and Rosie has been spayed so she is looking for a forever home. Rosie is a super friendly cat and we think she is probably around a year old. She was a great momma to her kittens and would certainly do well with one of them. She doesn't seem to bother with other adult cats but can certainly be in a home as an only cat. She does appear to be a beautiful Simese mix and is very talkative which is true to the breed. Sapphire Eyes is a kitten who was found on the streets with 3 newborn kittens of her own. She was in need of medical attention so her babies stayed with a foster while Sapphire Eyes went to the hospital to get well. The second Sapphire Eyes was discharged she went right back to her babies and raised them till they were big and strong and weaned. Now Sapphire Eyes is ready to resume her own kittenhood. She loves playing with toys and occasionally has those funny kitten zoomies. She makes muffins, purrs and loves sitting on the window sill. She loves human attention and would do best in a home where she can get all the attention and love wants while she enjoys her own kittenhood. Warrior was brought to a New York shelter by the police department along with 4 or 5 other cats after his owner passed away. We unfortunately don't even know Warrior's original name - all of the cats were named after basketball teams by the shelter staff. Journeys stepped in to help Warrior find a new home since the New York shelter was not an environment that would help him come out of his shell. We don't know what kind of home Warrior lived in before he was taken to the shelter, but we would venture to guess he was living with an older individual who did not spend much time with the cats. Poor Warrior continues to be terrified of people. He is hoping to find a foster home (possibly a foster to adopt home) that will be able to spend a lot of time helping him learn to trust people. He does seem to be great with other cats and having some friendly cats in a home could be a very good environment for him. Despite being extremely scared, he has always used his litterbox faithfully.
