Handsome Hansel is a shy but loving companion. He spends a lot of his day hiding out and plays with all of his toys at night. As soon as you get him in your lap, he starts purring. He loves chin and back scratches and even invites belly scratches. Very healthy and well-behaved at the vet. He was rescued from behind a dumpster in Houston and has been in a socialization foster since October. He has made great strides and has started vocalizing more, but is still hesitant to approach people. He does well with other cats and would enjoy an energetic playmate. He is not currently around children or dogs, but has never shown signs of aggression.  ##2552365##

Meet Luna Lu  Luna Lu is a petite seal point Siamese with stunning blue eyes. She was found wandering a Houston apartment complex, bravely approaching someone’s door with her last kitten. Austin Siamese Rescue brought her to safety, though sadly her kitten did not survive. After a rough start, Luna is slowly learning to trust again. She bonded with her foster’s husband and now follows him around, hops into his lap for naps, and loves his attention. She’s even starting to allow her foster to pet her too, showing her confidence is growing. Austin is a very sweet and affectionate girl who loves the get head and neck scritches. She is also playful and loves to chase wand toys! She sometimes gets extra excited and will nip or grab a little to keep the pets and playing going. Her foster feels confident that it shouldn't be too hard to correct. It's not an aggressive bite but she would probably be better suited to a home without young children for now. She has beautiful blue eyes and a unique coat coloration.  She is currently in our cattery at the Tech Ridge Petsmart and available to meet!   Petsmart- 12901 N Hwy 35, Austin Tx 78753 ##2678434##

Effie is an active diva. Once she trusts you, she will be happy to stay close to you and follow you around the house. Effie is curious and loves to climb. Effie will do best with an experienced cat owner that can learn to read her body language. Could possible be introduced to another cat but would do better as an only cat. ##2323812##
