Siamese kittens & cats in Hutto, Texas

Pearl is a beautiful seal lynx point siamese with crystal blue eyes.  She was found abandoned in Houston and resuced by a local family who then contacted Austin Siamese Rescue.  She came to us with her four kittens and was a wonderful mama.  She is currently living in a foster home with other kitties and dogs.  Pearl has lived with her foster family to learn to be a loved family member.  Prior to being rescued, Pearl did not have a good reason to trust people.  She has slowly copied some of her foster siblings to learn to like attention and petting.  She is comfortable with dogs and meets other cats comfortably.  She has made kitty friends in her foster home.  In the past few weeks, she has finally started to approach people for attention and petting, but she can still get anxious. Pearl will be so rewarding to help as she learns more and more to love and trust people.  You can tell she really loves petting and attention but is still anxious.  She will be able to join a home with other pets.  She will need patience to settle into her new home but she will bond closely to a person when she finally has her own family to cuddle and connect with. ##1988082##

Bean 4 will be your best friend. This cuddly Snowshoe loves to be with his people and he loves talking to you in conversation. Not sure how he is with dogs , he would be good with children. Curl up with you for a good book or follow you around the house. Bean 4 also loves food.  Bean gets along with most cats.  He did great with a kitten and with his 2 current feline house mates. ##1994844##

Dashi and her daughter Miso II have been surrendered by their owner and are looking for their forever home with a special family.   Dashi is a 4 year old Lynx Point Siamese that had a rough start in life. She was abandoned to survive the outdoors while pregnant. She became a part of the ASR family shortly before giving birth in 2021 to 4 beautiful kitties. She was the greatest Mom to those kitties her fosters had ever seen and even took in two orphaned kittens who were looking for a Mom.    Dashi can take a little time to trust but once she has warmed up to her new enviroment, she is a real gem. Sweet and affectionate, she seeks pets and belly rubs from her humans and loves to snuggle up at bedtime. She is not a lap cat but is very loving. She tolerates children but would do better with older children and adults.    Dashi is FIV positive and FIV-positive housecats rarely show any symptoms of the disease and usually live long, happy lives. FIV is not spread by casual contact. There is no medication or special treatment needed FIV positive kitties.  ##1967222##

Cheesecake is an endearing Flame Point Siamese who may be a tad reserved at first but soon becomes affectionate. She enjoys being petted when she is comfortable and responds with a loud purr. She's fond of playing with toys when she thinks no one is watching, stuffed mice are her favorite. Cheesecake is sociable with both dogs and other cats. She is well-trained with the litter box. Mark is an adorable Flame Point Siamese who loves being close, enjoying belly rubs and petting sessions, purring loudly in contentment. He's sociable with other cats and has been fostered around dogs and does well. Mark is litter box-trained and has no issues. He's fond of both vertical and horizontal scratchers. Interactive play is one of his favorite activities; he'll happily chase a string toy as long as you keep it moving. He's also quite the enthusiast of cat tunnels and can spend hours gazing out the window at the wildlife. Start humming the "we are siamese" song from Disney movie before reading.  She is the exact example IRL of the combo of fun, quirky, diva, outgoing Siamese.  She particularly loves when you tell her how beautiful she is and talks right back. Tayla is a gorgeous 1 yr old blue point with the sweetest face and stunning crystal blue eyes.  More important she is sweet, fun and funny, still loves to play and entertains herself realy well.  This sweet girl would be fine as an only cat and with a kitty parent who worked all day as she is chill with being left alone and enjoys her kitty furniture and toys. She is softly fun and playful and likes to play with a feather wand toy with a handy person.  She LOVES her treats and might even be able to learn some tricks.   I have tried to introduce her to the other cats in the house and she is interested but is also quite submissive and that caused the other kitties to bug her.  She would slowly adjust to another soft-personality and non-dominant kitty but would be great as a solo kitty. Backstory: Tayla came to us as an owner surrender.  She was adopted as a kitten by a loving older woman which was a bit of an isolated life just being home with one person.  Eventually, the lady got a small dog and the dog was too intrusive which led to her being rehomed..  At first, she was quite stressed by leaving the only home she ever knew and it took her some time to comfortable.  But now she is interested and engaged with people.         ##1958749##
