Story
&#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 ADOPT BUTCH&#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Butch is a St. Bernard mix(and definitely a little hound) who is approximately 4 years old. He had a rough start to life, but you wouldn't know it when meeting him. He is a sweet, affectionate boy who loves people and gets very excited to greet you whether you are gone all day or just 5 minutes. He is a high energy boy who would love to play in the yard or go for walks and hikes(but is not opposed to snuggling on the couch with a good bone) Butch would do well with older dog savvy children and with slow introductions he is also good with dogs. He has met cats and will chase if they run. He is 100% crate and house trained and working hard on his manners so he can be the best boy for his new family. Butch is utd on his vaccines, neutered, and chipped. Butch may look just like a St. Bernard, but he’s only about 65 pounds. The perfect size for any household. As mentioned, slow introductions are best and then Butch will become your new best friend.&#239&#191&#188 Adoption application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/NARP/Dog Kennel License 16105 GlenMoore PA 19343  &#225&#180&#183&#225&#181&#137 &#226&#129&#191&#226&#129&#191 &#225&#181&#137&#203&#161   &#203&#161 &#226&#129&#177 &#225&#182&#156&#225&#181&#137 &#226&#129&#191 &#203&#162&#225&#181&#137 :    ¹&#226&#129&#182¹&#226&#129&#176&#226&#129&#181 &#225&#180&#190&#225&#180&#188   &#225&#180&#174&#225&#181&#146&#203&#163  ³&#226&#129&#176¹ &#225&#181&#129 &#202&#183 &#225&#182&#156 &#202&#176 &#203&#161&#225&#181&#131 &#226&#129&#191 &#225&#181&#136 ,  &#225&#180&#190&#225&#180&#172  ¹&#226&#129&#185&#226&#129&#180&#226&#129&#184&#226&#129&#176   &#225&#180&#183&#225&#181&#137 &#226&#129&#191&#226&#129&#191 &#225&#181&#137&#203&#161   &#203&#161 &#226&#129&#177 &#225&#182&#156&#225&#181&#137 &#226&#129&#191 &#203&#162&#225&#181&#137 :    ¹&#226&#129&#182¹&#226&#129&#176&#226&#129&#181 &#225&#180&#190&#225&#180&#188   &#225&#180&#174&#225&#181&#146&#203&#163  ³&#226&#129&#176¹ &#225&#181&#129 &#202&#183 &#225&#182&#156 &#202&#176 &#203&#161&#225&#181&#131 &#226&#129&#191 &#225&#181&#136 ,  &#225&#180&#190&#225&#180&#172  ¹&#226&#129&#185&#226&#129&#180&#226&#129&#184&#226&#129&#176 March 9, 2026, 7:43 pm

❤️ Apollo's adoption fee has been generously sponsored by Bret and Lynn Spangler ❤️ ✨Meet Apollo!✨ He came to us after being surrendered by his previous family due to them not being able to afford his care. Apollo is a 5 year old Saint Bernard mixed breed who is as sweet as he is big! He is hesitant when first meeting new people, but then turns into his normal sweet and goofy self when he feels comfortable! He loves frolicking in the snow and leaning up against his people for love and pets. He prefers the company of female dogs, but requires a slow introduction because this big man is nervous around new dogs. He is a big fan of chickens! Apollo will require a family up to the task of providing him the physical and mental exercise and training that all dogs require. If you are interested in being considered for them please apply on our website at www.angelsretreat.org 💕🐾 Angel’s Retreat West Chester, PA PA Kennel License 17335

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. 2nd Chance 4 Life Rescue is primarily a sanctuary for senior and medically needy dogs.  Every once in awhile you will see younger dogs but for the most part our dogs live out their life at the ranch at the request of their previous owners or their owners families.  We have many sponsorship dogs.  Our sponsors love to keep in touch and know how their sponsored fur buddy is doing :) When we have foster families we are thrilled to be able to take adoptable younger dogs :)  So if you have ever thought about becoming fosters please feel free to go to our foster/volunteer page and fill out an application. The Ranch located at 737 Taylor Rd., Windsor, PA is always looking for dedicated volunteers that will commit to at least a 2 hour shift per week at the rescue.  Volunteers work in play yards, help with laundry and feeding.  Some enjoy landscaping or carpentry projects and some like to bake for the healing center visitors :) Thank you for supporting our mission of caring for the elderly and medically needy souls that need us! Buddy is currently in a foster home and is doing amazing! His foster family says he's a total love-bug and he has so much energy. He is learning basic training and has come such a long way! He will definitely need an active family. Buddy is super sweet and he adores everyone he meets! He is good with other dogs and he will need a fenced in yard. :) REQUIRES- Fenced Yard, Another Dog    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Please fill out an adoption application: Adoption application (Dog) Adoption Application (Cat)   Please understand we do not adopt out dogs to families with children under the age of 5. We do not adopt dogs to renters. Some dogs will have fence requirements while others may not. A pet is a lifetime commitment. The dogs and cats in our system find themselves there, for the most part, because their humans did not have the same loyalty to them as they did to their owners. We do not take the adoption process lightly, and will do everything in our power to make sure the animal is placed correctly the first time around for your sake and theirs. Thank you for choosing to adopt not shop! She is 6years old. She is a lap dog. Loved to be petted 24/7. Adopted in January and have since realized I am allergic. She does not pull when walking but does not do well with dogs with what I have seen in a month. Is okay with young kids but not the most careful.

These pups are in Reading, Pennsylvania too!

Story
Meet Stevie! Stevie is a 10 week old mini Bernedoodle who was surrendered due a traumatic event at 2 days old. She is estimated to be around 20–30 pounds full-grown, she’s already showing herself to be sweet, social, and delightfully puppy ish. Stevie is great with dogs of all sizes, and she’s also been wonderful with cats and kids, making her a lovely fit for many different family setups. She enjoys playtime and would love a home with another playful dog, though it’s not a requirement. She’s doing great in her crate, is still a work in progress with potty training (as most babies are!), and approaches new experiences with curiosity and tail wags. A fenced yard is not required. A note about Stevie’s coordination Stevie does have an undiagnosed coordination issue. Right now, she has no functional limitations — she plays, eats, rests, and enjoys life like any other puppy. She can be a bit uncoordinated, and while this may be orthopedic or neurological in nature, the exact cause is currently unknown. Diagnostic testing done to date is unremarkable. We want to be transparent: this is something that may improve as she grows, may stay the same, or may require monitoring or future care. What’s important to know is that Stevie is comfortable, happy, and thriving in foster care. Stevie’s ideal home Stevie is looking for a family who values connection over perfection and is comfortable moving forward with a little uncertainty. An adopter who is patient, observant, and willing to continue veterinary follow up as she grows will be key. In return, Stevie promises unconditional love, playful energy, and a lifetime of companionship. If you believe that some of the most special dogs are the ones who need just a little extra understanding, Stevie may be the perfect addition to your family. Adoption Details: First two rounds of vaccines, dewormed & microchipped Adopters must sign a 6-month spay contract with a refundable $250 deposit, NO exceptions around spaying at 6-months Reminders: - You can only have ONE application on file at a time - We cannot respond to all messages and emails, please be patient - we are a rescue run 100% by volunteers Zoe’s House Kennel #9117 Sinking Spring, PA 19608
