I have had Busta since he was born. Busta is about 6 years olfd. This is a recent picture where I am trying to grow his halr long. and then also a recent picture, where all the hair is shaved off. Which is why he seems a little poofy. He is a great and attentive dog. I feel bad because my schedule has just gotten super busy and I am out of town a lot. I would like to find a a good forever home for Busta which is what he deserves. He loves people and loves to go for walks.

Charlie is a very smart and sweet dog — he's very obedient and listens well, but he had some past bad experiences (that we don't know the details of) so he can be a bit reactive if he doesn't feel at ease. Once Charlie feels calm and bonded to you, he is the sweetest pup. He just needs someone who can give him good structure and help him to continue to build up his confidence. He loves long walks, and is great off leash. Charlie wants nothing more than to cuddle up at your feet and be with you at all times. Charlie would do well with another medium or large dog, and an experienced owner who is good with dogs.

Story
Buddy Holiday found himself at a shelter in Riverside. The women surrendered him claiming she was given the dog, but her cat kept attacking him. We will never know the truth. He is a very loving well balanced dog. Buddy weighs 33 pounds, so is a perfect medium sized dog. He walks well on a leash, is crate trained and is a fantastic cuddle. Buddy Holiday is fine around dogs, but is much more a people dog. He will require grooming and appears to be non shedding. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An application, adoption fee and contract are required. Meet Sprocket, a 4-year-old Poodle mix with a big personality and a heart full of potential. Sprocket has had a rough start and comes with a history of reactivity and biting. He’s a scared dog who needs a firm, experienced owner to help him feel secure and establish boundaries. Sprocket has had training sessions and responds well to clear, consistent leadership. Once he knows you’re in charge, he’s much more relaxed and doesn’t push back. However, he does react to new people and should wear a muzzle during initial introductions for safety. Despite his challenges, Sprocket has no health issues and thrives on affection from his trusted person. He enjoys being cuddled and will show his sweet side once he’s built trust. If you’re an experienced dog owner ready to provide a structured, loving environment, Sprocket could be a rewarding companion. Thirteen-year-old Buster is a very energetic dog for his age. This 10-pound poodle loves walks and enjoys attention but at the same time likes to have his space. Buster is playful and does well with other dogs, but he doesn't like other dogs to play rough with him. Buster prefers being inside the house with his family; he goes outside to go on walks or to do his business in the yard. Buster doesn't really bark much unless he is startled or if other dogs are rough playing with him, but he also occasionally barks when he is being playful himself. Buster sleeps quietly through the night inside a crate. Buster has mature cataracts, so his vision is significantly impaired. He sees shadows during the day and can maneuver throughout his foster home without bumping into anything, but at night, he does bump into things. Because of his disability, Buster will require patience while he adjusts to a new home and learns to trust his new person.
