LEXI is a beautiful well-behaved purebred Standard Poodle who comes from a very loving home, but whose human mom has passed away. Lexi is lonely and probably sad too, so she needs a new family to love, and to give her new love and happiness too. Lexi is very sweet, and sometimes cries when left alone so we are hoping for a family where there is someone usually home so she doesn't feel lonely. Lexi is housetrained, spayed, and has had all her shots. Lexi would do best as an only dog or with another Standard Poodle or perhaps larger dog. He hasn’t been groomed in years, but don’t let that fool you — underneath it all is a loving, gentle soul who just wants to be close to someone. Ziggy is calm, affectionate, and happiest when snuggled up with his person. He’s patient, sweet, and enjoys quiet moments, gentle pets, and soft encouragement. Despite a rough past, he’s incredibly trusting and ready to show endless love. If you’re looking for a loyal, devoted companion with a gentle spirit and a heart that’s all in, Ziggy is waiting for you. Ducky COH is a 3 year old male Poodle Mix who was found stray in Hawthorne, navigating the world alone before rescue finally interrupted the cycle. There's a sadness some dogs carry that doesn't come from one bad day. It comes from instability. From being overlooked too many times. From learning that survival and comfort are not the same thing. Ducky has that look in his eyes. But underneath it is warmth. Sensitivity. A dog who still wants connection despite whatever life asked him to endure before anyone stepped in for him. He is gentle in spirit, deeply deserving of patience, and the kind of dog who will slowly unfold once he realizes hes finally safe. Not every rescue dog comes to you healed.
