Story
Hi, I'm Jeff! Five years old, 68 pounds, and every bit of it devoted to my people. I'm a Standard Poodle with an energetic playful streak, a soft spot for kisses, and a toy habit I'm not even a little sorry about. I am currently looking for a forever family! If you're looking for a dog who's genuinely excited about you, I'm your guy, and I am ready to be someone's whole heart.  Favorite Things: Jeff is a cheese enthusiast who lives for his favorite humans. He's goofy, clever, and totally tuned into the people around him, always ready to make you laugh. He LOVES toys and is never without one, whether he's proudly carrying it around or using it as an invitation for a play session. Jeff's the kind of dog who wants to be in on everything you're doing, and desperately wants to have his person.  Training & Manners: Jeff is housetrained, crate trained, and is fine in a secured area. He’s been working on his leash skills and polishing basic manners and obedience. He’s a smart, eager learner and his foodmotivation makes training fun. He also rides calmly in the car. His adoption includes free training and access to professional trainers to support his continued progress. Health & Care: Jeff recently completed his last heartworm treatment, the finish line is in sight! For just a few more weeks he'll need calm routines and short leash walks while he wraps up his recovery, but once he gets the all-clear, this boy is ready to stretch his legs. Long walks are absolutely his thing, and he can't wait to explore the world with his person by his side. Jeff is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccinations, and going forward he'll just need monthly flea and heartworm preventatives like any dog. Regular brushing and professional grooming will keep his gorgeous poodle coat looking and feeling its best. Other Animals: Jeff bonds deeply with his people, so he'll need to be the only pet in the home. He's working on his leash manners around other dogs and would thrive with an adopter who's patient and consistent, a confident handler who can redirect his focus will set him up for success. Children: Jeff does not have experience with children at this time. Ideal Home: Jeff isn't choosy as to the type of forever home he has, but he will need plenty of playtime and exercise once his rest period is up.   He will thrive with a family who appreciates a bright, affectionate poodle and can offer a predictable routine. He may bark when left alone for long stretches, so structure will help him feel secure. Overall: Jeff is a loving, quirky poodle ready to meet his forever family. Could that be you? If so, visit www.PoodleandPoochRescue.org to fill out an adoption application. If it seems like a good match, our team will reach out with more information. His adoption donation is $200. ##2627739##

Story
Hi! I’m Pearl—35 pounds, almost a year and a half old and a poodle with a name that sounds like something rare and shiny. It fits me perfectly because I’m a little gem who adores people, new adventures and showing off my enthusiastic wigglebutt. I enjoy belly rubs, toys, and zooming around the yard and I never turn down a chance to step into bath time like it’s my own little spa moment. I can hang out on my own for a bit but I absolutely light up the moment my favorite humans walk back through the door. Favorite Things: Pearl is a bright, social girl who enjoys staying active. She loves racing around the yard, chasing a ball and diving into play with enthusiasm. Toys are a big part of her day and she happily rotates through her collection. After her bursts of fun, she settles into a cozy dog bed or relaxes nearby while her people move through their day. Training and Manners: Pearl has a solid foundation and continues to grow in confidence. She’s house trained when taken out regularly and sleeps peacefully in her dog bed at night. She’s still polishing her leash skills but she’s eager to please and responds well to gentle guidance. Car rides are handled with quiet patience and she settles once she feels secure. When left alone, she may bark briefly to share her feelings but she calms quickly and relaxes. With consistency and reassurance, she keeps improving every day. Health and Care: Pearl is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Like any dog, she will just need monthly flea and heart worm preventatives. She loves baths and will require regular professional grooming to keep her coat looking its best. She will need to remain on a prescription gastrointestinal diet, which averages about $120 a month for a dog her size. Other Animals: Pearl is wonderfully social with dogs of all sizes and enjoys their company. She hasn’t met cats yet but her friendly, confident nature suggests she could adapt with slow introductions and a patient family. Children: Pearl loves everyone she meets, including children of all ages. Her affectionate, outgoing personality makes her a delightful companion for families who enjoy an interactive, playful dog. Ideal Home: Pearl would do best in a singlefamily home where she has room to stretch her legs and enjoy outdoor time. Because she occasionally barks for a short moment when her people leave, a quieter, nonsharedwall environment will help her feel more at ease. She thrives in a home where she can be included in daily activities, enjoy yard time and continue to blossom. A family who appreciates her affectionate nature and adventurous spirit will be a wonderful match. Overall: Pearl is a cheerful, affectionate girl who has a way of lighting up every room she enters. Her lively spirit, sharp mind, and treasurethemed name make her unforgettable. She’s more than ready to sparkle in a forever home. Is Pearl the gem for you? If so, visit www.PoodleandPoochRescue.org to submit an adoption application. If it looks like a great match, her foster family will reach out with more information. Her adoption donation is $625. ##2679249##

Story
🎤 Meet Kesha! 🎤Just like her namesake, Kesha knows how to make an entrance—and she's ready to bring the party wherever she goes! This adorable 8-month-old poodle/schnauzer mix was found as a stray, so her past is a bit of a mystery, but one thing is crystal clear: this girl LOVES everyone.People? Amazing. Dogs? Fantastic. Cats? New best friends. Chickens and farm animals? No problem! If you're willing to be her friend, Kesha is already head over paws in love with you.Kesha is still very much a puppy, which means she's packed full of energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm for life. Whether it's zooming around the yard, playing with her canine buddies, or following you around to see what exciting adventure comes next, she's always ready to go. Because of her age and unknown history, she may need a refresher on house manners and housebreaking, but she's incredibly smart and eager to learn. With a little patience, consistency, and plenty of treats, she'll have the routine down in no time. Her fluffy coat is part of her charm, but it does come with a little responsibility. Regular brushing and grooming will help keep her looking fabulous and prevent mats and tangles from forming. If you're looking for a happy-go-lucky sidekick who greets every day like it's the best day ever, Kesha might just be your perfect match. Grab your leash, crank up the good vibes, and get ready for a lifetime of adventures with this lovable little superstar!Requirements: Martingale CollarAll of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, heart worm or feleuk/FIV tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home.
