Story
Meet Rachel! She’s the sweetest curly haired cutie! This two year old Doodle came in with her bestie Monica, and even with all the recent changes in her life, she is still a happy go lucky girl who greets every person with a scruffy smile and a wiggly booty.Rachel loves everyone, including; kids, adults, and other dogs, and while she has not met a cat, we are pretty sure she would want to be their friend too. She is affectionate, goofy, and full of joy, with one little quirk. Rachel is a total Houdini. She can scale fences, dig under them, and has no respect for electric fencing, so she will need a family committed to keeping her safe and secure. She does pretty well on leash but could use some extra practice.Other than her escape artist tendencies, Rachel is truly perfection and would make an amazing addition to so many families. If you are looking for a bright, cuddly, silly little ray of sunshine, Rachel is your girl.**Spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on vaccines & monthly prevention**

Story
Meet Monica, the resident diva of FDHS!Monica has been with us for a few weeks now, and she has shown herself to be a dignified, well-mannered girl who is so great with the humans. We recently took Monica to an off-site event, and she was the star of the show. She handled the busy environment beautifully, allowing people to come up and pet her with patience, all while soaking up the attention like the sweet girl she is.Monica walks great on leash and is so well-mannered. She is happy to settle at your feet when you’re relaxing, rides great in the car, and keeps a super clean kennel. She is used to regular grooming, which is necessary to maintain those gorgeous curls. She can be selective with her canine companions and tends to do best with more submissive dogs. We were told by her previous owner that Monica is not a good fit for a home with cats or small children. While she has excellent manners indoors, Monica does have a bold, adventurous side and is an experienced escape artist. She can climb fences, dig under them, and power through electric fencing, so she will need very close supervision when outdoors to keep her safe.Elegant, affectionate, and full of Poodle perfection, Monica is a standout dog who is ready for a forever home of her very own.**Spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on vaccines & monthly prevention. Weighs about 50 lbs**

Story
***RPSM DOES NOT HAVE THIS DOG, PLEASE CONTACT BARB AT (269)425-9310*** Hi! My name is Scotty and I am a very sweet and handsome boy looking for my forever home.  I am a poodle mix and currently weigh about 50 lbs. The vet says I am between 2-3 years old. I have had a rough time lately; I was found wandering  alone and was quite thin and very matted. A Good Samaritan took me in, gave me a safe place to stay, got me to a groomer to have me trimmed up and got me to a vet for some needed veterinary care.  I tested positive for Lyme disease but luckily it was caught early and my bloodwork shows no damage to my internal organs.  I am currently on meds for that but the vet says my numbers are rebounding nicely so won’t have to stay on those medications long term. I am currently on Apoquel as I appear to have skin allergies, but my skin looks great now; I responded very well to the meds.  I have gained about  20 pounds since I got to my foster home and am now in good weight so the doc says it is safe for me to get neutered and also have my tail docked so I am having that done on Dec. 5.I am not at all food aggressive; if my foster mom takes my bowl away while I am eating, I just step back. I will overeat so my food needs to be measured out. I take food and treats very gently from my foster mom’s hand. I am crate trained and I know a few commands, and I appear to be a smart boy who can learn much more.  I will need a fenced in yard as I do like to explore.I just want a family of my own to love.  If you think I could be your new best friend, please call my foster mom, Barb (269-425-9310), and she can tell you all about what a good boy I am. My adoption fee is $300 ***RPSM DOES NOT HAVE THIS DOG, PLEASE CONTACT BARB AT (269)425-9310*** ##2598821##
