Meet Mokka!!! This beautiful girl is 14lbs at almost 5 months of age (date of birth is July 2025). The vet estimates she will grow to be medium size (around 30 lbs). She was relinquished to Dog Rescue without Borders by a family that had the mom but couldn't take care of the puppies. Mokka lives with a foster that has other dogs, she gets along great with everyone. She is so sweet and loves people. She loves to play and run around the yard to chase her canine friends. She goes outdoors for potty, is playful and loves to hang out with her foster. This girl is fun and full of life. Mokka is a sweetheart and deserves a wonderful family. Story
Nova came to us with two other Miniature Schnauzers from a hoarding situation. Their owner ended up with too many dogs and had to give them up to have a chance at a better life. Nova is around 8 years old and is a lovely, social girl. She enjoys going for walks and being held. Her favorite place is next to you on the couch! She gets along with other dogs, has good manners and sleeps quietly in her crate at night. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Nova then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps. Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing. Thank you for joining the Adoption Family with Labs and More Rescue. We are here to help you find a furry companion. You will find our quick and easy adoption application at www.labsandmore.org and click on Adopt. Please email us at I doginfo@labsandmore.org if you need assistance. Thank you for looking to a rescue group to fulfill your dream of adding a new dog to your life! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Walter Walter didn’t come to us with a lot—not even a name. He was found in a weed-choked yard after his owners abandoned the property and left several dogs behind. Neighbors did what they could, bringing food when they noticed him still there. But Walter spent who-knows-how-long just surviving. He was matted, dirty, and overlooked—until we scooped him up, cleaned him up, and gave him a new chapter. Now? Walter is a mellow, soulful guy with the kind of presence that makes you slow down a little. He’s not flashy. He doesn’t beg for attention. But if you sit near him, he’ll quietly lean in, like a dog who understands the value of companionship. And if reincarnation is real, we’re pretty sure Walter taught English Literature at a small liberal arts college in his past life—probably wore a tweed jacket with elbow patches and had strong opinions about classic poetry. Walter is looking for a soft place to land—someone who sees beyond the past and wants to be part of his very calm, very lovely future.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 26, 2025, 4:35 pm

Story
Please come to our adoption event to meet them: Saturday 05/28 from 4:30 pm to 6: pm at PetSmart in Clairemont, 4253 Genesee Ave, San Diego, CA 92117 **Please read all the way to the bottom about our organization, and how to procced to adopt. Nachos is a wonderful mellow young male fur 4 leg boy with lots of love to give you!! he has this wonderful soft & wired hair that makes him look so cute!!😊making him a hypoallergenic or low shedding boy:) He is very playful; and gets along with all dogs. He plays so much with his buddy an Australian Shepherd named Lady. However, at the beginning he is a little shy - once he is comfortable he will be very playful. He is crate trained. He is a cuddle bug once he is comfortable. He has the ideal size as well - not too small neither too large:) As with all rescued fur kids; he is going to need training, love reinforcement; as you know they all come from a tough beginning on their lives and the art of adopting a rescued creature is to bring them to be the best they can be with love and patience. He hasn't been around cats since we rescued him; therefore, we do not know how he will be cats. Nachos will make a great family addition to any family:) He was found next to the death body of another dog; we assumed a sister - he was crying for her - and wasn't let her be there left alone - The hybrid is a people pleaser and will, therefore, respond well to training while enjoying the attention and the chance to make you happy that comes with it. This Schnauzer Terrier Mix is entirely compatible with children because they demonstrate both playfulness and patience. Moreover, these dogs are quite easy to socialize. Are you ready to give him a forever home? If so, Please text at 619-576-0747 as 1st type of contact or email veronica.aaofusa@gmail.com or visit our website at www.aaofus.org and complete our application at the following link: http://aaofus.org/adoption-application.html .
